It's a shame that there is only a sauna in the men's room, and that it's the only real justification for going here... If you're looking for a good workout, maybe consider The Pavillion or even Planet Fitness before you go and spend 35 bucks a month on a gym that doesn't really provide anything special. Maybe if the money was invested into consistently making the gym better with more equipment and amenities, this would be worth the tag, but for now, it's not. I canceled my membership thinking that it would allow me to finish out my month, but it didn't. If you have extra money to blow, save it...

There are a couple of reasons for taking away a star though. Through no fault of their own, it can be VERY crowded if you plan to go around 4:30-7 as that is when most of the after work crowd is there. Some of the equipment needs to be better maintained, particularly the spin bikes. If you are someone who is very regimented, be aware that the group fitness schedule changes regularly. That can also be a good thing though to change up your activities.
