Well, all my weaknesses were quickly exposed. And Ivy was sure to point this out to me in her 'tough-love' style. The constructive criticism resonated and I decided to make mobility a priority. After 3 years of hot yoga and private sessions with Ivy, I feel the best I have in 20 years. I'm a skier and a golfer - the mobility improvements have made me significantly better at both. And more importantly, I can touch my toes and just move better in daily life. This progress has come with a lot of pain and suffering, but it's been worth it. Ivy has been invested in my improvement, which has made all the difference. In her words, I went from a mangy dog on the side of the road to now an average functioning human. I followed their stated cancellation policy by submitting an official medical letter from a licensed Nurse Practitioner on July 15, 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups, they never responded to my request. Then on July 28, 2025, they charged me $296.80 from my debit card without my permission -- after I had already requested cancellation. I've since filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Kentucky Attorney General's Office, and I'm currently disputing the charge through my bank. I had no choice after being ignored repeatedly. If you're thinking of joining -- please be cautious. It's not just about the workouts, but how a business handles its members when they truly need help. For me, Proof Fitness failed at that.

Definitely getting return on investment (very affordable). Being a 54 year old man, it wasnt fun taking off my shirt at the pool until now! I feel great and have no intention to ever quit. Im down to 17% body fat from a high of 24%. Body Structure is very thorough with body composition analysis, goal setting, dietary plans, and provides a clean, safe environment to workout in. I had backpain at one point a few years ago and utilized their therapy services. The dry needling was amazing to say the least. My back pain went away after three sessions.
