I went there and on the door it said if you want to cancel to email them with your info and you have to give a 30 day notice which is stupid but oh well had to pay for another month but I sent the email and such at the end of February and just got charged again for April and can't seem to get a hold of anyone. Edit- the management has just recently changed and this manager was far better. Very friendly and got my refund and membership canceled very quick. Hopefully they open lines of communication soon so no one else has any issues like this

Truthfully, sometimes I have to reluctantly drag my sorry rear end there but I always feel so much better after my group or individual session.
