I've been going to Maximus for 2 years after moving to Lexington. Prior to Maximus, I tried two different Crossfit gyms. Maximus is far and away my favorite. The class sizes allow for a lot of one-one attention from the coaches, which allow them to help teach and ingrain proper technique. (It's like working with a personal trainer). It's the key to getting better everyday. Crossfit can feel intimidating to start out, but Maximus's atmosphere removes a lot of the initial jitters. There's a diversity of people and the atmosphere is laid back and welcoming to everyone. Positive vibes all around.
