For this, I could not be more grateful. They will patiently and expertly adjust to your level and needs. There are now four youngsters from my extended family benefiting from BBS. Members range from true beginners to super jocks and yet all blend in smoothly. The owners and trainers are genuinely passionate about their mission to turn you into a healthier individual. I highly recommend this affordable and collegial no-judgment zone. Truthfully, sometimes I have to reluctantly drag my sorry rear end there but I always feel so much better after my group or individual session. Edit- the management has just recently changed and this manager was far better. Very friendly and got my refund and membership canceled very quick. Hopefully they open lines of communication soon so no one else has any issues like this
