Well Ali Baba once again you didn't fail to disappoint. I ordered a lamb gyro to go. It came completely unassembled. The meat, I think it was meat, was DRY and NO FLAVOR. The rice was dry. The Tzatziki Sauce was so watery. And the green topping was seemed to be chopped kale mixed with tomatoes and something else. Then the Baklava was SO DRY! There was no honey or sauce to be seen. I actually had to add honey just to make it edible and even then I didn't eat it. So, in conclusion...SKIP Ali Baba Restaurant! Save your money!! To pricey of a place to get bad food. read more

So, I have been eating at Ali Baba's for since about 2017 and both before and after it was sold to the new owner. I love the food here especially the lunch buffet, but the service has unfortunately been getting worse and worse over time after the sale to the new owner and especially this year. They used to have an amazing wait staff. They've had quite a bit of server turnover recently and last night was the worst customer service experience I had at the restaurant. The server was clearly not trained properly and could not handle the table load. She took my drink and food order but then never brought out my drink. She eventually had an emotional breakdown after spilling another table's drinks on the floor. One of the owners eventually had to take over all her tables. The new owner has been rude with me a few times over the period he has taken over. I overlook it because I like the food so much, but for me going to a restaurant is an entire experience that includes good service and consistent kindness. I've been going to this restaurant for over 20 years when Elias owned it. Unfortunately the new owners have ruined this establishment. Food is horrible, service is worse. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the way restaurants are struggling today. I even tipped well to the poor girl who was basically working by herself. I got there at 730. It took 30 minutes to get waited on and we ordered a bottle of wine and the mussels for an appetizer. Only half the mussels were eatable and the other half tasted old and spoiled. The main course was ok but all of the vegetables were from a can with no seasoning. I still was ok with this sub par food and service. But at 8:59 the owner yells across the room that he has been there since 530 and we need to go home. I laughed and hurried to finish my plate and wine. Spent over $100 and when leaving he told me to come earlier neXt time so he could enjoy his evening. I told him he was rude and in the wrong business. He told me he has been in business for 40 years. WHO CARES! Treat your customer with respect. He wouldn't stop talking and complaining like we did something wrong. I've never been treated like that. I will never go back to this sub par restaurant. We questioned the waitress & management and they said there was nothing they can do about the online website, But not willing to honoring it at all. So the prices were not as they were listed on the website. Their lunch Buffet says kids are not discounted, (but children under age 6 eat for free on the lunch buffet). Monday night; Their dinner menu says 25% off everything, however applied to kebabs dinners only. And no discount on kid's menu . The staff was really nice, but The food was less desirable. read more

Sadly, I really enjoyed Ali Baba when it was downtown. This was the first time I attempted to dine at the airport location, and I can't even review the food, because we never got any. They weren't very busy, but after being seated, we waited 25 minutes and no one had come to even take our drink order. When I asked the question, the person, who I took as the new owner harangued me for even thinking buffets possible and continued to denigrate the Governor for his management of COVID. The buffet is exceptional and I love the variety and quality of their food. They do everything well. Even their French fries with the kids platter are amazing! They have some of the best hummus and gyro meat I've tasted and there's a wide selection to pick from. If you're a pilot thinking about flying in for a "$100 hummus" - do it! The airport's controllers are professional and accommodating, runway 18/36 is long and can handle anything up to a regional commuter, there's plenty of parking, fuel prices are reasonable and the pilot facilities are top notch and passenger friendly. There's even a shower if you need to freshen up after a long trip! All in all this has to be one of the best food fly-in destinations in the tri-state area, and well worth the trip. read more

Yes, it's in the airport but it's worth it! I've lived in areas with great authentic Indian and Mediterranean restaurants and I was surprised to find something this good...in an airport! The owner is a nice guy, comes to the table, talks to everyone. He even checked himself about ingredients in a dish when we explained my Mom was allergic to certain items. The waiter was ehh but the food was solid. I had a nice Indian-ish curry - , Mom and her friend had the special curries and everyone was really happy. Good mix of ethnic influences. The appetizers were good - fried mostly - but when is fried bad, right?. The desserts...wonderful! Next trip to Morgantown (coming soon) I'll go back. Delicious food and love the location! Inside a tiny airport..Was taken there by my cousin who lives in Morgantown and he said, I know you're from NYC, but the food and portions are worth it. He was so right. The owner is very friendly and kind of made me whatever I wanted. I had the chicken kebab which he was nice enough to leave the white rice out and just served it on a humongous portion of perfectly roasted vegetables.
