This new Algerian bakery offered a very good selection of unique baked goods with welcoming, helpful, friendly service from the two charming owners. I tried two different pastries. Each was delicious in its own way, but the Napoleon pastry was especially good with its layers of cream. The dining area was nice, clean and basic. Background music would have been a nice addition. The pastry cases offered Algerian pastries, along with cakes, tortes, eclairs, baklava and cookies. They also offered bottled cold drinks and coffee. Overall, excellent! I look forward to trying more of their unique pastries.

Mille-feuille

Algerian Delights, there is so much to say~ There is a wide assortment of desserts to choose from, and each item looks beautiful. I went there specifically to eat mille feuille, otherwise known as napoleon, and I can understand why it's their most popular item. There aren't too many places in Kansas that sell napoleon, and it was delicious. You can tell even without eating everything that every item offered has had a lot of thought, time, and expertise put into it. In addition to the napoleon, I purchased some fruit cake, chocolate cake, as well as an eclair for my other family members to try, and they loved it. I hope more people find the time to visit this place, it deserves so much more attention~

So so delicious! Best pastries I've had here in KC. The Baklava and Napoleon were especially good!

I recommend the no bake cookies, party mix, crack pretzels, and of course her Andes Mint Waffoozle. She has perfected the combination of cookie and waffle, the waffoozle, and offers them in a variety of flavors. Don't think twice about it, go pay this delicious bakery a visit!!

I had heard how good and unique this place was from a friend, so I had to try it myself. I was greeted by the friendly owner, Mallory, who explained all her products then offered me a sample of what brought me there...the waffoozle (a hybrid between a cookie and waffle). All 3 flavors that I left with were great, especially the peanut butter chocolate. She also told me about her ice cream filled waffoozles, which I didn't try since it was 30 degrees, but she did offer me a sample of the ice cream, which was actually a cheesecake ice cream. It was excellent! Since it was cold she offered me a taste of one of her multiple hot chocolate options. I chose the cinnamon French toast which was as expected...terrific! If you have any bakery needs for catering a corporate event, party (big or small) or just need a quick sweet snack this is the place to go!

Such an amazing coffee and breakfast experience! The vibes of this large coffeehouse and bakery so…read morevast. One section is totally secluded for studying or working while the other is in a working bakery where you can see bread being made! I enjoyed the matcha, it was a little sweet which was a nice flavor. The coffee cake was moist and thick. I also ordered biscuits and gravy, which was unique because I think the sausage was a chorizo. It was yummy. I liked that you order at the counter. It made the ordering process super quick

I ordered and had my drink within a minute, and my food came out shortly after. I ordered the Vanilla Sky specialty latte and the Sunrise sandwich. The latte was pretty mediocre, not bad but not great either. The coffee itself didn't taste anything special, and for the price I was expecting a little more from it. The sandwich, though, was really good. Everything was cooked perfectly: velvety runny egg, crunchy bacon, melted gouda (although I couldn't taste it much), and an earthy basil mayo. All the flavors worked really well together, and it was a solid-sized sandwich too. My biggest issue was the price. I spent over $20 here, and honestly I feel like I could make a sandwich and coffee similar to this at home for cheaper and probably better.
