Tree Service companies are abundant, which to chose? Used Alex from Property Manager referral. He is my new go-to tree service professional.

Showed up and knocked out the job quick for a fair price. Alex has good communication skills and direction of his crew. Cool guy!

Omg! These guys are so professional! The entire team knew exactly what to do and how. This is a reflexion on their boss -- great job. The fee was very reasonable and i am super pleased-- can you tell? Yes, they were protective of the bird nest and they put my pot plants and hammock back how they found it, and a super clean up . read more

Alex is probably one of the nicest guys I've had do work for me. He fit me into his busy schedule after the recent snow/ice storms. He responded quickly to my call and was on the job with his crew. They did a great job of trimming my trees for a fair price and were careful to protect the smaller trees and shrubs I had under my live oaks. They also did a great cleanup job. I highly recommend this company! read more

Alex was really good at communicating quickly with me and getting this project done fast! They took care of our tree removal and did not leave a mess. They were also very affordable. I'm really glad I went with this crew and definitely will use them again for any tree issues in the future. read more

Alex does great work! He loves the trees and talks to you about what is best. Good communicator on all aspects of the job.

Very happy with the job Alex and his crew did. I had a huge limb hanging over my neighbors deck. They didn't leave a scratch! Beautiful work! Cleaned up afterwards. Definitely recommend! read more

Last night right before sunset a large tree limb broke off and landed on both our and our neighbor's roofs. We contacted Alex's Tree Service shortly thereafter to see if they could come out on a Sunday to remove it. Alex responded within 20 minutes to say he could come by after completing another job he had scheduled in the morning. He arrived as planned early this afternoon and did a fantastic job. We're extremely appreciative that he came out so quickly on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommended. read more

Alex is very professional and kept his commitment to come give me a quote (which was very reasonable). He and his team started the work immediately after I accepted the quote. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up everything. I'd highly recommend Alex's Tree Services! read more

Writing this review unprompted. We saw Alex in our neighborhood working another house and called. He responded quickly and came out to bid the next day. His pricing was very fair and he knew what he was talking about. He and his team actually cut around a few bird's nest to save them. It's really nice to know the person bidding your job is actually the one working it on site, so there are no errors. His whole team was great and they were in and out in 2-3 hours. Would 100% recommend. read more

Fast, affordable, and perfect. Alex and team are pros.

Alex helped me pruned my fully grown pecan tree in mid January this year at a very reasonable price, of course not the lowest bid but not the highest either. I was impressed by his knowledge and his attention to details when he came out for a quotation. He spotted every tree for health status on my lawn as he walked from the front of the house and to the back, that's part of his job nature which is a very nice trait of him that I don't see from others. That shows his passion for his profession and is a sign of confident I got from him that he is a perfect candidate for my project. He finished the project to perfection. I am deeply satisfied. read more

Quick quote, smooth and prompt removal, great price. Recommend!

Alex is a good dude! He is reliable and fast and he didn't drop anything on my house! Reasonable prices too.

Very pleased with Alex and crew. Clean, effective, fast and efficient tree trimming when you need it at a reasonable cost. I found Alex to be a person of integrity, and character. First impressions say a lot and that is important in any customer service relationship. I had some overgrown trees trimmed back today at a condo and the result was better than expected. Don't worry about a mess afterward, they do clean up and haul away any excess. I do recommend Alex's service. He is very knowledgeable of the types of trees and also city code compliance rules in Austin. read more

Alex came and looked at a stump growing under my house. He was easy to get in touch with and came out the same day. I would recommend him to anyone! read more

Alex and his crew arrived on time and did a great job on my property. He cut a few dead branches off the 350 year live oak, which was all that was needed. He also cleared dead limbs on 4 old growth pecan trees. He and his crew were careful with birdnests--which is important to me--and cleaned everything up.I highly recommend him. read more

I cannot recommend Alex enough! After getting an estimate from another company but struggling to get on their calendar, I found Alex through the NextDoor app. He came over within the hour to give me an estimate and performed the work the very next day! I couldn't believe how prompt, courteous and affordable he was. I am very satisfied with the quality of his work, his professionalism and his reasonable prices. Definitely give him a call if you need anything done! I also appreciate that he didn't balk at the small nature of my job -- something other companies have done in the past. Thanks, Alex, for the great work! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Alex and his crew! Alex was not only the most prompt at getting me a quote, he also completed the job in record time on a holiday weekend. I will definitely use his services again in the future! read more

Alex and his guys showed up when they said and did a great job clearing out the dead wood on my trees, removing the low branches over the street and cleaning up after. Talked me out of trimming out a lot of smaller branches for the health of the trees as well. Highly recommended. read more

Alex just trimmed my front trees for a great price. I am a landscape professional and was impressed w the shaping and tree knowledge. All crew members were polite and included several knowledgable Arborists and a couple lovely young hard workers. They had all the safety equipment and were on time. Will have them do my back trees soon. read more

Alex communicated regularly with me regarding the weather and the timing of the job... we had hoped for earlier in the week but the rain held him off until today. He texted me when they were on their way. The crew worked together brilliantly and they were in and out quickly, were careful about the bird nests, and sealed off the big cuts. You can tell they love their job and now there will be no highways from my trees into my attic. Very fair price, too! I wouldn't hesitate to have them come again. read more

Alex and his crew did an outstanding job recently removing a rotting tree from our back yard. We recently bought our house, and had been meaning to deal with this tree for quite some time. One sunny, calm day, a large branch fell from it. We began to think that the tree was even more unstable than we'd thought, and became concerned for our safety. I called Alex and he came out that day to give us an estimate. I had family in town so I couldn't be there when he came by, but he called me promptly and gave me an estimate. He and his crew were at our house by 8:10 the next morning, and they had that tree down and most of the debris cleared away by 8:50. Alex and his crew were professional and hard-working. I couldn't have asked for better, faster, or more professional service. We will absolutely use Alex's Tree Services again. read more
