Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done. Not having furniture or carpets cleaned in a long time, I did not do a second quote and I should have. Always get TWO quotes! Lesson learned!
