Alex and his crew were quick and professional. They cleaned up well after each day of work and communicated with us if there were some extra needs. Alex was trimming a ficus tree in our front but saw that it was dead from termites. He gave us a reasonable price and cut it down and grinded the stump. The tree was hollowed out by termites and could have fallen over in the next heavy rain. We referred him to our next door neighbor who had him do some tree clearing and vine clearing. Worst of all, I even re-confirmed if the agreement was acceptable/they were available after the first no-show on the 2nd as I understand if circumstances change. Alex and his team cut down several smaller ficus trees in our backyard and trimmed a large elm in our front yard. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work they did on the trees. However, during the course of their work, one of our window screens was damaged. He agreed to replace and fix it, but despite repeated messages, this has not been done 2 months later. At the same time, I've also asked him to send me an e-mail invoice and he has not done so. No show and no service. We scheduled an appointment on Sunday around 4-5 PM. Here I am, waiting for his response at 8:04 PM. I messaged him, called him, and he hanged up my phone. I took off my Sunday evening schedule because of this appointment and I am not happy with the result. It's understandable if you are busy working but you can at least let me know so we can re-schedule and I don't have to wait in my house for an appointment that would not happen. Overall, this tree service was great. I hired Alex to complete 2 jobs. The first job was to thin out a heavy fruit tree. He trimmed it really nice and thin and took the trash. For the second job he took out three 30+ year old Italian Cypress and another tree. These were done in tight areas and there was no property damage. He also used a stump grinder on each tree.
