I'm in the process of tooth removal/dental implant procedures with Dr. McDonald. I mainly went to him because my Dentist refered him and a friend who works with dentures/implants said he rated good. Long story short, my front tooth was failing from an injury almost 30 years. After getting assessed in an initial consult, getting second opinions, etc. I went with Dr. MacDonald and had the first part done almost 6 months after the initial consult, I chose that because of work obligations and my wife was getting a graduate degreee and I wanted to look ok in the pictures. I just had part 1) tooth removal in June, and his staff seemed to do a good job. I was put out and the process wasn't too painful, I filled prescriptions of antibiotics and painkillers that day. I coordinated with my dentist to get a temporary piece (or stayplate) a couple days after the intial procedure. So far good. My dental insurance from work covers a little bit of the expenses but the majority of dental insurances don't really cover it, they mainly do preventative care (cleanings and fillings). I had already put some into my FSA/HSA, unfortunately the timing of when I scheduled was after open-enrollment so I wish I had set aside more funds. Like I said, so far so good, and it's my front tooth so it'd be nice if it looked and felt good. read more

I saw Dr McDonald back in August 2019 for a frenotomy also known as a tongue tie removal. I had been doing my own research on the link between tongue-ties in adult and TMJ and I decided it was something I wanted to pursue to see if it helped. To say it was life changing would be an understatement. Not only did it help with my tmj but it changed the shape of my face for the better, less square/round and more oval/heart. There is so much still being researched on fascia and facial anatomy, I'm grateful Dr McDonald listened to me and took my request seriously. Now there's more information on "mewing" and tongue posture but at the time it was not well known and it meant a lot he listened to me when many ignored it. My experience with Dr. McDonald was so good that I made a Yelp account just so I could leave this review. I came to Dr. McDonald for a wisdom tooth consultation. My case was a particularly difficult one. There were cysts next to both of my bottom wisdom teeth, which were destroying my jaw bone, one of them very aggressively. The cysts needed to be dealt with, but the roots of my teeth were very close to the nerve that supplies feeling to my lower lip, such that extracting them would risk permanent damage to the nerve, and potentially chronic pain. Dr. McDonald recognized the difficulty of this particular case and spent a whole hour talking to me and answering my questions. He decided that he would most likely do coronectomies (remove the top part of both teeth), but that -- depending on what he sees during the procedure -- he might decide to extract the teeth fully. He would also send the aggressive cyst to a biopsy to determine whether the cyst is dangerous. When I came back for the surgery, Dr. McDonald did coronectomies as he had planned. He saw that the roots of my teeth were calcified around the nerve canal, and that removing the teeth fully without permanently damaging the nerve would be impossible. The aggressive cyst had a quite unusual texture; luckily, the biopsy showed that it was a regular dentigerous cyst (the best possible outcome). Dr. McDonald sent the sample to two other lab technicians just to make sure, which I really appreciated. (My recovery was also great: no swelling and pretty much no pain!) Overall, Dr. McDonald was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. This was by far the best medical experience I've had. If you're choosing between oral surgeons and Dr. McDonald is an option, I *highly* recommend him. This goes especially if your case is a difficult one. read more

I needed my wisdom teeth pulled (all 4!) and my biggest fear was looking like a chipmunk for a week and/or ending up on youtube for an embarrassing reaction to anesthesia. Thank goodness neither of the above scenarios rang true. I called in for a consult with Dr. Irving and it was by far the most in-depth explanation from a health professional I've ever received. He assured me through his expertise and professional manner that I was going to be in good hands. Dr. Irving explained to me the reasons behind everything he was going to do during the extraction and what to expect afterward. He was great about providing visuals and answering my questions. Everything went well the day of the extraction. Scheduling was a breeze, they were able to get me in within a week of my initial call into the office. They provided gauze, mouthwash, syringes to rinse, and ice packs to take home. Dr. Irving even called me a day following my extraction to check up on me and ask about my pain management. He predicted I would have swelling because of some of the specifics of my extraction process. I ended up having to come back in because food particles may have fallen inside the cavity and my gums healed a little too fast over it (before the time frame where I could start using the syringe to rinse). Dr. Irving and his team were great about getting me scheduled ASAP to come in for an exam and treating the infected gum. The only issue I had was for each appointment I had (consult, extraction, and follow up) I had to wait at least 30 minutes after my scheduled time to actually get seen. This review is LONG overdue! Prior to coming to see Dr. McDonald, I had gone to see another oral surgeon in the area who was also highly regarded to have my wisdom teeth removed, although I did not care at all for his bedside manner and my experience with him or his office, so I cancelled my surgery with that office. Dr. Alex McDonald has a MUCH better bedside manner, is very competent, and he's also quite funny and easy going and showed concern and support regarding the delicate nature of my situation. He even asked me what I understood about my it and wanted to take a more conservative and careful approach, as well as to have a biopsy done. Because of his traveling back home to Scotland for some family matters he needed to attend to, we decided to schedule my surgery after he got back so could be available afterwards in case anything happened. He also gave me his cell number in case I needed to follow-up with him on anything or there were any issues after surgery. My surgery with him went VERY well and I didn't need the more extreme type of surgery that the other surgeon was suggesting and my recovery went well. I've had no issues since and he was also more affordable and his office worked with my insurance to make sure I had as little out-of-pocket pay as possible. They were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Dr. McDonald and he also tries to keep up with the latest technology and information in his field. read more

I have been coming to Alex McDonald's Dental Offices for over two decades, he is a Master of Extraction and a Painless Practioner. He has always saved my teeth crisis's in a super professional manor and yes, he's also quite personal. He does own a lot of my oral real estate after all these years and is one patient brother. Ultimately his mojo is working. I highly recommend this guru; recently there's been significant technological upgrades to his medical facility, a new awesome Cosmic XRAY device, James Bond would be proud of, and then some other techie stuff, too much to mention here. My daughter urgently needed all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. This was nerve racking for her, but the experience at East Bay Dental was positive from beginning to end. Anna and Rebecca at the front desk were always friendly and super helpful. Sergio was very pleasant and answered every question. Dr. McDonald is nothing short of wonderful. He is attentive, thorough, and most importantly, very experienced. He is the real deal. My daughter was in the perfect hands with this team. She felt informed, safe, and relaxed. The procedure was about 40 mins, and she was sent home with clear instructions. There was very minimal swelling and pain. I have unfortunately required three implants. Dr. McDonald did all three. The first two went very smoothly. The most recent implant failed because I was unable to keep the area around it clean, possibly due to the shape of the crown. Dr. McDonald removed the failed implant and installed a replacement at no charge. He stands behind his work. He takes the time to explain what he's doing. His office staff is excellent. I came here for an extraction needed to start orthodontic treatment. Everyone was so super friendly during my consultation that I wasn't too nervous about the extraction (well, no more nervous than I am for a haircut appointment). I elected not to get IV sedation. It only took a few minutes to perform the procedure after my local anesthesia kicked in and was pretty painless. I don't have any pain today and I had my extraction done yesterday. I wouldn't hesitate to see Dr. McDonald if I ever need any kind of oral surgery in the future. read more

This is my second experience with the good Dr. McDonald. (The first being two lower wisdom teeth removed 8?yrs ago) This time I cracked my left rear, lower molar and needed extraction immediately (Like right now!). I showed up at 3:30 on a Friday. Doc took one look and called his staff to action like William Wallace calling troops to arms. lol 45 mins later I was on my way home with a numb cheek and an adequate prescription/instructions for pain meds. This staff works together like a Swiss watch, not just any Swiss watch, a Patek Philipe perhaps. Well, I am not sure what to say. I have a legit dental PPO (not an off brand or small coverage). I tried to call for a consultation. The lady who picked up the phone basically told me off. She said they didn't take self-referral. Dr. McDonald has to review the situation to see what the General Dentist requested to do or what procedures/options the General Dentist made before he does any work. I guess that made sense, but he can't just exam and make a decision or trust a patient to tell him what's needed. I said my insurance does not require a referral. She still refused me. And on their website on the doctor page shows a female smiley face, which is totally misleading until I found out that Dr,McDonald is a man. Anyway, I guess I have no lucks for his business. Dr. McDonald removed my all four of my wisdom teeth and it was absolutely great. Before the surgery, I was really nervous, but it was a breeze. The surgery went great without any complications, barely any swelling, little to no bleeding, and no complications with anesthesia/ laughing gas post operation. I was expecting to leave surgery loopy, but I was completing fine. However I did have headaches that lasted for a few days after the operation. I would highly recommend Dr. McDonald for your wisdom teeth extraction. I had a great experience. By the way, I was checked-in right on dot. No waiting whatsoever. On arrival, we were greeted by most friendly, courteous and professional staff ever- Special thanks to Eva, Jeannette (excuse me if I spelled it wrong). I chose Dr. McDonald's office to have my wisdom teeth removed based on my insurance coverage and yelp reviews. When I had my consultation, surgery, and follow up, I actually saw Dr. Irving instead. I wanted to write a review for him since he also works out of this office and it would have helped me feel a little more confident if there was a review of him here. I found Dr. Irving to be very personable, kind, and knowledgable. I am in my later 30s and waited to get my wisdom teeth out longer than most...I also had one tooth that was a little more complex in that the roots were near a nerve. He thoroughly explained the process and recovery expectations, and all of what he said was what I experienced. My recovery was pretty much exactly as I expected, with minimal swelling, bruising and pain that was managed just with Ibuprofen the first couple of days. I also worried a little about being out of it during/after surgery and saying goofy things, but I was just sedated enough to be relaxed and still got to maintain my dignity ;) As others have mentioned, the office is also very organized and efficient with kind staff. I never want to do anything like this ever again, but if I had to, I'd go back to Dr. Irving in a heartbeat. read more

If I had to review Dr. McDonald's practice based on my initial 2 phone calls, it would be a much weaker review. Initially I dealt with an older woman over the phone who promised to call me back twice and never did. She also couldn't keep my file organized and gave me wrong information...twice. I was really worried until the day of my oral surgery, when I called back again and talked to a very nice and knowledgeable staff member who put my trepidation at ease. The office itself is modern and comfortable. The staff was really, really, really great. One in particular, I wish I remembered her name, stayed with me between surgery consultation and prepping just to help ease my anxiety. She was so wonderful to me! I am a very, very, very nervous girl when it comes to dental stuff and she reassured me and explained each step to me, just as I had requested. After my 2 wisdom teeth were pulled, she stayed with me and gave a cold cloth (I wasn't feeling so good for a little while there!). After me and my husband left the building, she called me to say that I had forgotten my teeth (ha, my Dad requested them to make a necklace, or some sort of nonsense like that!). Even though we were in the car and exiting the parking garage, she ran down and found our car to make sure I went home with them! So nice! Dr. McDonald was nice and gentle. His job was a fairly small one, I think, compared to the other jobs he has to do, but I appreciated that he was soft spoken and caring. The office called me 24 hours later to check up on me. Also, they have a nice answering service so you'll always reach a live person who will have a doc call you back--even at 2am (like I just experienced, by the way!). I woke up after the procedure, remembered nothing, and very minimal pain -- so minimal I felt like I could have gone right back to work. Recovery was great and I had no complications. Dr. Irving is very thorough, compassionate, caring, and knowledgable. I was nervous about getting my severely impacted wisdom teeth removed, but upon my initial consultation, Dr. Irving was incredibly thorough explaining everything to me that I needed to know. I left feeling a lot less nervous, and more confident about getting this procedure done. The surgery went well, even better than expected. My recovery went well though I did end up calling the office a few times about a few things that arose, and they were happy to have me come in the day I called, and Dr. Irving and his staff were very reassuring, and took good care of me. It's not just his impressive credentials and technical expertise, but his gentle, perceptive approach to addressing anxiety about the whole process that makes him special. I like to keep my original parts but the need for a new tooth required a different course. Having someone drill a hole in your jaw and implant a titanium post is not very natural, however, Dr. McDonald's thorough explanation and confidence in the success of the procedure is what makes him so unique. The fact that he's quite charming is a little bonus. Dr. McDonald treated me on an emergency basis after I had an unsuccessful extraction at a dentist office in Oakland. I had been in the chair for 5 hours while that dentist attempted to remove my tooth and I was a traumatized, crying, mess by the time I arrived at Dr. McDonald's office. I was in so much pain -- I have no words. When I came in, he took one look at me and said, "Oh, my poor dear!" He got the tooth out in 5 minutes. He called my husband that night to check on me and then he called me the next day as well. His compassion, professionalism, knowledge, and sheer human kindness were nothing short of miraculous after what I had been through. This office is great - very professional, friendly and courteous. Dr. McDonald is knowledgeable, personable and a talented oral surgeon. My orthodontist informed me that I would need a wisdom tooth removed, so I searched for a nearby oral surgeon. Based on reviews, I contacted Dr. McDonald's office for an appointment. His staff were very helpful and friendly, and worked with me to make it as quick as possible. I emailed them x-rays from my orthodontist, Dr. McDonald looked over them and agreed to schedule a consultation and surgery during the same appointment, so that I would not have to miss as much work. His staff worked with me to find an appointment that worked with my schedule. I was a little nervous as the date approached, especially since my friends and family have told me horror stories about getting their wisdom teeth out at other offices. I felt a little better when my orthodontist asked who I'd be seeing and he told me that Dr. McDonald is a great oral surgeon. When I arrived they apologized and informed me that they were running late by about 45 minutes, which was disappointing, but they definitely made up for it. When I was called in, I discussed the work to be done with Dr. McDonald and I told him that I would prefer to avoid being put to sleep. Dr. McDonald assured me it would be a simple procedure and whichever I preferred was fine. I signed some papers and moved to another room to start. It was 1:00 and I nervously stared at the clock as they laid me back. The nurse put numbing cream around my tooth and waited a few minutes. I was then given 4 shots, and I only felt the last one. He explained what he was going to do, joked a little, and started. I was nervous since I had just gotten the shots about a minute ago, but I didn't feel anything so it must be stronger than what my dentist uses! Although I imagined pliers, he told me that's not how it works. He pressed a flat metal tool against each side of my gum and basically "popped" my tooth out. When he said he was done and pulled the tooth out, I was amazed. I looked at the clock and it was only 1:10 (10 minutes for the whole procedure!). I was given a prescription for pain meds "just in case" - with a bag of gauze and a cold bag. The nurse explained aftercare and after sitting for a few minutes they let me go. I didn't end up needing any pain meds. I kept waiting for it to kick in, but it never did. It wasn't even uncomfortable after. I also didn't have any swelling. It's now been a week and it feels healed. I am so happy that a procedure I dreaded so much turned out to actually be rather pleasant. read more

Dr. Alex McDonald and his team are angels sent from the heavens! I was about 4 years late on getting my wisdom teeth extracted and I was having serious pain in one of them. I called in and Mercedes told me that the soonest appointment wasn't until 2 months later! At that point I just wanted to rip my teeth out myself! But alas, she informed me that she would go over my x-rays with Dr. McDonald and try to squeeze me in. And I don't know what kind of sorcery they used, but she was able to fit me in just a week later! Now I did my share of streaming youtube videos of people getting their wisdom teeth extracted, and asked every single person I knew who had already gone through the procedure, and let me tell you... I was horrified!! But the wonderful team here made me feel so comfortable! They let me know that my procedure was a simple one and that I had nothing to worry about. Dr. McDonald even threw in a few jokes and little stories to make the experience feel far from surgery! He was so personable and reassured me that everything would be okay. I passed out. I woke up. And everything was done! Even the days following, I had very little swelling and very minimal pain. I had heard so many horror stories of the aftermath, and I was feeling fine. My followup appointment was just as friendly and welcoming. Everyone that had helped with my extraction greeted me and we talked and laughed about the overall experience. All in all, I am so happy that I found Dr. McDonald and his team. They are amazing and made this experience as pleasant as can be. I almost wish I had more problems in my mouth so I could come back. I walked into Dr. McDonald's office feeling anxious. I wasn't worried about seeing the dentist or having treatment, as that has never bothered me. I was worried that this sharp edge protruding through my gum hadn't healed and was a cancerous lesion. Before I even walked into the office, however, Dr. McDonald was already attending to my concerns. When I had emailed my records in advance and mentioned my cancer worry, he took the time out of his busy day to write back words of reassurance and support. Once there, he immediately got to work in assessing my mouth and gathering images so that he could confirm what he had strongly suspected to be true. I did not have cancer, but I did need surgery. His clinical care was beyond compare. I didn't feel the injections, the procedure went smoothly and without a problem, and everyone on his team was warm and kind. In just minutes I was treated and ready to head home, and Dr. McDonald made a point of reviewing instructions with me. He even called me later to be sure that I was OK and that any questions that I might have were addressed. I had been oozing blood for 2 days and had this radiating pain from my lower jaw after getting 4 tooth extractions at a different clinic with a different doctor. It was a Saturday, so I was referred to an on-call doctor which so happened to be Dr Alex McDonald. Even on the phone, Dr McDonald was attentive to my concerns and pain. He even assured me immediately what the problem might be and how he would fix it. I was happy to hear that because I went in to see my oral surgeon when the bleeding first started but she told me everything was fine and cleaned it up - no explanation. When I came in his office I felt so dead inside and I left feeling a WHOLE LOT better. Throughout the whole procedure he also chatted with me, which made injecting anaesthesia into my gums slightly less unpleasant. After I left, Dr McDonald also routinely checked in with me about how I'm feeling. Judging from the other glowing reviews and my own experience here, I wish I came to him for my extractions in the first place! Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. read more

Dr. Mcdonald treated me the same day cause of my emergency. my wisdom tooth was infected and the pain is going around on my left face even in my throat when i swallow. Unfortunately i have to remove all of them before they get infected too.He went smooth about explaining what's going on and what have to be done. My procedure didn't hurt a thing all i remember is him telling me that he's gonna give me the knock out drug. I was lucky enough to get in to see Dr. McDonald when I had a nerve injury, As soon as he saw my case and how serious it was he got me into the office immediately and did the work that I needed that very day. As a recent transplant to California, I was looking for a new surgeon to complete my implant procedure. After meeting Dr. McDonald today, I understand my own surgical needs much better than before. On top of that, I have complete faith that when my surgery does happen, it will be a huge success. Last, but not least, something about that charming accent set me totally at ease. I will update this review after surgery (may have to put it off a bit), but I'm certain it will remain 5 stars and I'm actually happy to have relocated because it means I will have a top notch, patient oriented surgeon taking care of me. Sadly, my experience with Dr. McDonald made me realize just how poorly my previous surgery had gone. Once I finally get reimbursed by that doctor for the charges they put on my card without authorization I will definitely update Yelp. Best not to tip the cart before I get my money back. Today I went to see Dr McDonald to have an extraction I first called while I was at another doctor's office in San Francisco Dr McDonald team got quickly to work I couldn't have been in more pain I was just leaving another doctor's office who in San Francisco I had just paid $12 for parking and was informed when I arrived that the doctor would be running behind about an hour I thought to myself who was the last doctor that did my extraction I couldn't remember his name all I could remember is that I thought that he was from Australia so I started calling the numbers that was in my phone for dentist that I thought previously seen and I would ask each one is your doctor or dentist from Australia and had I ever been to that doctor's office before each one said no and I was running out of time and my pain was really getting bad the last dentist office I called said no this is not that doctor's office and no you have not been here before but I do know who you were talking about they said it was Dr McDonald and here's his number oh I rushed so fast and called that number the staff picked up the phone and they confirmed that I had been there before I told them my situation and they told me if I could be there by 2:30 which was less than 40 minutes away and I was in San Francisco and their office in Oakland dear God I rushed so fast and when I got there the staff was fantastic they called my other dentist office got the referral ran my insurance and had me in the doctor's chair before I knew it I read another review here that said that their team worked like a Swiss Army watch that review had no lies told I'm going back tomorrow to have another extraction by Dr McDonald I promise you that if you go or need to have any work done please go see Dr McDonald thanks to his team and thank you Dr McDonald the best. read more

Today was my first experience with this doctor after being referred to by is Nextdoor Neighbor Dr Steebsame building. I looked him up and all looks great also from hearsay from coworkers as well as a couple of friends. I went in a couple of days earlier to get all the necessary paperwork and was interviewed by the Secretary far as the procedure the fact that I was going to be put under anesthesia and obviously the building which I was fine with all of that. However anesthesia is always scary for anyone and everyone. My entire experience was very professional courteous and the staff was great as well as the doctor. When you do that kind of work or any kind of work you always have to look at the information xrays etc of the patient the procedure accordingly. After couple of interviews from the nurse. They got me ready and I was out within a second of the injection once everything was set up surgically. They do have a little bedroom for post op recovery which is great however you have to make sure they do have a driver to take you home. The procedure started at 10 I don't know what time I got. Went home and we caught up couple hours later. I guess I am just a different type of patient in that I had no pain no swelling no bruising that did not require the medications or the narcotics were given to me.. great job great experience..... Had my wisdom teeth pulled here a few weeks ago and I have to say the doctor did a great job. Very personable, thoroughly explained everything, and just gave out great vibes. I wish he did general dentistry, because if he did I would sign him up as my dentist in a heartbeat. I was very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth pulled but him and his staff took great care of me. I would highly recommend him to anyone getting oral surgery!!! read more

Years of being ashamed of my teeth from my younger years had led me to avoid dentists and orthodontists... like the plague. I also was not necessarily in the financial situation to have my pick of the litter with who would be working on my now very aggravated wisdom tooth. I had several vacations coming up and it was getting urgent. I had been sent home from work... the pain was too much to handle. I had to start considering my choices. I heard a few options (Highland, various dental schools, low-income practices, etc) and then came my good friend with her SHINING review of Dr. McDonald. She told me her experience with wisdom teeth extraction couldn't have been better and that her father sees him on a regular basis. I was hesitant... because I couldn't afford that kind of quality, but I trusted her. I wanted someone I could trust to remove my tooth that I had regrettably held onto for FAR too long. I called his office. I was told he wasn't in but early the next morning, I heard from his receptionist. I WISH I could remember this lovely woman's name! She went above and beyond to fit me into Dr. McDonald's schedule for the following morning and was so on top of keeping me updated and informed. She made all the necessary phone calls on behalf of my emergency. This woman should teach a class on reception and patient care. She was an absolute angel. She even told me every step to being set up and approved through CareCredit so I could afford this surgery on my own. Next morning rolls around and I'm so scared. I've never had oral surgery done and I've never been put under. I don't have a terribly long wait before I'm pulled in for X-rays. They ask me to remove my facial jewelry, which was a very difficult task, but Dr. McDonald passes by and assured me that he can work around it. My anxiety subsides a bit and I immediately realize I'm the most nervous person in the office. These are professionals... there's no reason for me to be scared now; I'm in good hands. I'm taken to his office and Dr. McDonald comes into the room to talk to me and his accent and smile IMMEDIATELY calm me down. Some people just have it, and this guy definitely does. He points out the tooth that's bothering me on the x-ray and asks if the opposite tooth is also bothering me since it looks like it is pretty close on the image. I told him they'd all bothered me at one point or another but that I didn't want to do more than the one because 1) I couldn't afford it, and 2) I had a flight to catch the NEXT morning to Seattle. He told me he wouldn't feel morally right leaving that second tooth in. Then he tells me he wants to remove it for free. I was shocked... I had never had a health care professional go above and beyond for me like that out of the kindness of their own heart. My eyes welled up and I thanked him profusely for his generosity and reminds me that he's not in it for the money. He went over the procedure and aftercare with me and in comes the angel from the phone exchange the day before! She broke down costs and noted that Dr. McDonald would be performing one extraction on the house and my eyes welled up again. After going over the costs, I was brought to the operating room. The nurse was so sweet; we told each other about our lives, and I told her I felt for her having to calm us patients down and schmooze with angsty, nervous pre-op folk. She informed me that she didn't have to sit and talk to anybody, that it was her choice to be chatting with me; that made me feel good. We went through a LOT of laughing gas in that waiting period... and she cleaned me off for my IV. I was shaking pretty violently and fighting off a panic attack. I just wanted the nitrous to kick in! In comes Dr. McDonald and without hesitating, puts the IV in painlessly! I didn't notice it in the slightest bit and they all laughed with me for being so scared of a needle when I'm covered in tattoos. I'm wondering when I'll fall asleep at this point... and they start sucking the spit out of my mouth, I'm still shaking quite a bit and trying to calm down. All of a sudden, I'm awake and my mouth is full of gauze. I can smile, I can walk, I'm not tired and I don't feel high. That was it??!! I don't know how much time had passed but the nurse walks me to the recovery room where I lay down. Everybody comes in to check on me and can't believe that I've come to as rapidly as I did. Another nurse brings me all of my aftercare items and walks me (and my ride) through my aftercare treatment one more time. I stopped at the pharmacy downstairs to get my painkillers and off I went! The swelling was gone by the end of the night. I didn't have a single complication and didn't run out of medication or anything. Overall, I have not ONE single complaint. I only wish Dr. McDonald and his staff were available as my primary care! Thank you guys, so much. You gave me hope in the health care industry again and helped me to overcome one of my biggest fears. read more

I went in to get my tooth extracted and an implant put in. The whole appointment went really well. Everyone in the office was super friendly and nice. After the procedure, I barely felt any pain and there was very, very little swelling. I did not have any discomfort at all. I highly recommend Dr. McDonald!! read more
