I had a table in the corner and got settled in with a book and ordered a Hugo Spritz. The cocktail was refreshing and light, and I really enjoyed it. I decided on a Cesar Salad, nothing too special there, but it was a generous size and fresh greens. I ordered a bowl of mussles, again, generous sized portion, and I liked that they had 2 preparations - garlic and white wine (always a good choice) or Diablo, and I went with the spicy tomato! The sauce was great, kind of spicy, with good crusty bread to dunk. The mussels themselves were OK, not the best quality seafood I've ever had, but still a nice dinner. And I also had the fried ravioli, which I cannot resist, ever, and dunked it in the spicy sauce. The house bread was a really nice foicaccia, with a confit garlic and butter to smear all over it. Really great. The service was excellent! She was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive, and also great at timing, kind of letting me hang out and enjoy my dinner. I'd probably go back to try some other fun menu items, and their chocolate and cocktail (and chocolate cocktail) menu is intriguing.

There is an area right in view where they prep the plates. They started w/a basket of delicious bread and we ordered a bruschetta starter. Delicious....Then a great salad w/homemade balsamic, (yum). I ordered the chicken parm. It was fabulous and a huge portion. Two ordered the special Cajun Alfredo Parmesan chicken. Also fabulous! And lastly one had bolognese which had beef, pork and veal. Excellent as well. Then dessert. One had a beautiful cannoli, one death by chocolate and the prize goes to the limoncello cake!!! It was the best I have ever eaten. Very fast efficient service.... Hmmmm...(. I did only see women working). Only one negative.....serving beers, soda and water in can's/bottles. At least provide or offer a cup of ice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this pla

We were told that they were behind and would not be able to fulfill the order until 7:45 pm. The restaurant seems to be unorganized and extremely terrible with customer service. Between the rude employees and the inconsistency i could care less to go back to this place, the food isn't worth the miserable people working there.

The appetizer we ordered was the Fresh Tomato Pepperonata... this was a 10/10... it was amazing and gr8 way to start the meal! Perfect way to get in your vegetables. Was a little disappointed that the server picked it up without asking us... since almost half the plate was still left. We also ordered the "Sicilian" with Chicken Pizzette. This was also a 10/10! Our favorite of the night. The artichoke, Spinach, and tomato combo created blast of flavor in your mouth. The Carbonara was a 3/10. The server mentioned it would be more creamy and saucy and we were ok with that. For us it was WAAAY to salty. Not sure what happened there. Could have been the prosciutto as mentioned by the chef, but unsure. They were gracious enough to take it off the bill. We'll be back for sure. It's located in Millcreek Mall & you can enter from mall parking lot or from inside mall itself. Our server was friendly & efficient with nice recommendations. I loved my pasta carbonara & our guest loved her spaghetti & meatballs (two HUGE meatballs). They have a nice happy hour & I had a French martini mixed well. We loved the zucchini blossom appetizer. The large wedge salad was good. And the garlic knot bread with shaved Parmesan is a nice touch, we got an extra basket. My husband & other male guest had the linguini & clams and were not as pleased. One said it was just ok, broth weak & unflavorful and the other guest gave it a 3/10 saying clams were overcooked & chewy. Desserts were good, we had pistachio gelato and strawberry shortcake. We would return & try again if in the area.

But he sure would have loved our lunch here if he had been physically present for it. It had all the things he liked: the option to eat inside or outside but under a covered roof, an easy-going and friendly atmosphere, and space for his favorite people. I planned this event from another state and sleuthed many dining options for 15 or so people. When I called the restaurant and explained our situation--we wouldn't know exactly what time we'd be arriving or exactly how many people we'd be--I received such reassurance that they'd be happy to have our business and that we'd be taken care of. And we sure were! Even though there was a biker event also going on and more people than I expected dining, our service was friendly and responsive. I was so surprised at how wide of variety the menu was! It was also really pretty to look at Lake Roaming Rock from the back patio. Most of us attendees live 1-2 hours from this restaurant, so none of us had ever been. Afterward we posted photos on social media, a distant friend shared a memory of them and my dad competing in a canoe race across Lake Roaming Rock in the 1970s. That just felt like Kismet. Paradise Bay, thank you for providing a great place to create more happy memories.
