Very cute place. Nothing fancy just a nice clean place not huge menu but more than enough to choose from. Guacamole and octopus tostada were delicious. We tried a variety of tacos , all delicious. Margaritas were yummy also, Looking forward to going again.

Delightful family restaurant. The Chef is a true artist! The Owner is very proud of his establishment and takes pride in making sure your time there is enjoyable. Even the various Speciality Cocktails are stellar!! The atmosphere is very bright, crisp and clean, w/soft Mexican music in the background. Ive taken my family a few times since discovering this lovely spot. My Vegans are thrilled with the delicious veggies they put together. I love their Carnitas, moist and nicely seasoned. The Chicken mole has great flavor and the chicken is moist. The fish burritos or fish tacos are both nicely done too; fresh fish and lightly battered. Make it your go-to place as well, I'd hate to lose another good restaurant in Bay Ridge.

Wow ... ordered from here based on reviews and boy was I impressed. First off delivery came fast. Food was still warm. I opened the boxes and the colors and arrangement took my breath away. Food was very fresh and very flavorful. You could taste the fresh cilantro, onion and seasoning. I love that the chicken in the taco and burrito were pre-seasoned. The flavor exploded in your mouth. The pulpo tostada was fun but I will probably stick to the tacos. This will be my new spot for Mexican in bay ridge. Also they charge extra for side sauce but they give you a good portion and wow there is actually flavor. I'm sorry to everyone complaining about prices. I actually think prices are very reasonable- and portions are actually large.

    To-go guacamole! So delicious!

Sadly, the food has gotten really inconsistent here. I left a rave review when they opened because it started out so amazingly good! The guac still rocks, but I'm finding that the dishes don't wow me like they used to, and my family is feeling that way, too. Some flavors have changed, like in the veggie burrito, and the quesadillas (both main and kid's) have been coming out charred in a not tasty way. I really hope they get the cooking back to how it was because I really like them!

Came in on a quiet Saturday and was immediately impressed with the modern decor of this place. It felt like more of a cafe vibe which is always nice. I came in with great expectations due to the reviews and man they did not disappoint. I decided to go for the steak, fish, and chorizo taco. All of them were amazingly flavorful, but my favorite has to be the fish taco. The batter was light and crispy, the fish was perfectly moist and the pickled veggies definitely balanced it all out. Due to all the pictures about the octopus tostado, I had to try it for myself. They were definitely very generous with the amount of octopus they give and it was cooked to perfection. Octopus is one of those things that's easy to overcook and mess up, which results in a rubbery texture. I'm glad they know how to handle their octopus. It paired perfectly with the guac and toasty tortilla, I highly recommend it to anyone who decides to give this place a try.

What an amazing gem in Bay Ridge! Very friendly staff & the restaurant was clean enough that we felt comfortable dining indoors. My husband & I walked in to order takeout but we noticed their layout and decided to dine-in instead. Tables were definitely spaced more than 6 feet apart. They follow NYS guidelines of temperate check and customer tracing. The corn on the cob was one of our favorites. One of the best "Mexican" style corn I've had. $5.50 per corn, so the pricing is on the higher end for sure. $3.75 per taco. The fish taco was crispy & tasty. We are looking forward to our next meal here!

We ordered guacamole (basic but good, chips were the standout), tacos( larger than expected and delicious), bone marrow (absolutely devine), duck mole (perfection), scallop aguachile( fresh and spicy), mezcal gelato for dessert( sweet and mild smoke aftertaste). Bar menu is focused on mezcal options so beware if you want something else. Excellent restaurant experience overall and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

It's a bit of a messy meal - basically impossible to cut with a fork and knife, so you have to use your hands, and the sauce gets right up to the edge. But it was otherwise quite good. For dessert, I had the arroz con leche. It was intensely creamy, and I also enjoyed the light foam on top. I found it very sweet, especially with the membrillo topping (it's a fruit based confection). The dining room is pretty small and got rather loud even on a Tuesday, probably with a full house and the music turned up quite a bit. Gives it more of a cocktail bar sort of feel. The bill came to $51 with tax and tip. It's good, well-executed food, but pricier than I would've liked.

Made a reservation atv6 but ended up getting there earlier and was seated right away as it just opened. The place is beautiful and very intentional with the aesthetics and atmosphere. We very much attend and maybe a little bit too much if that wa possible as me and my friend would be in mid convo and checked on 4 separate times with about 15 minutes in between. The server may be new or since it wasn't too busy just had the time to check on us or see if we were going to get more items, a little excessive but harmless. We enjoyed our lobster tacos and corn so much. It was flavorful and filling. The drinks were good as well, I went with the eagle and it had a punch to it but still delicious. The tuna tostadas are great, the cocktails are so tasty and go beyond the typical margarita you see everywhere, the cochinita pibil was sooo good with such an amazing habanero salsa accompanying it - honestly perfect in so many ways. I would love to be here with more frequency, but it's not cheap. Though they clearly invested in a really beautiful space and the service is good, though they could use more staff.
