She was able to go into detail when answering all of my questions. She was also extremely patient and kind. I knew what I was looking for and ended up going back over to the clearance section because the shoe I wanted had sold out and I did not want to order anything. I ended up walking back over to Kaitlyn because she knew what I was looking for. Kaitlyn was so incredibly kind and patient that I did not feel rushed or pressured. She had the best attitude and the best costumer service I've ever seen. I placed an online order and it said it would be ready around two hours for pick up. I proceeded to get in line and was only the third one back and when I got to the cashier she was so friendly and welcoming and even the second cashier said hello so, I gave her my name and what I ordered and order #. They could not locate my order and at this point the manager came up to the registers and the cashier brought it to her attention. After all three looked behind the counter and could not locate it. The cashier and Manager both went out onto the floor and located the right shoes and brought them to me. I checked them out in the box they were the correct Skechers and off I was. Great experience with a small hiccup that was corrected perfectly. Highly recommend this store.

They also have other popular stores including Saks Fifth Avenue, Nike, and Boss. The outlets are the place to go for the best deals. For the negatives, the food court is pretty sad, it only has a coffee shop, a pizza restaurant, and chicken restaurant, and a small Indian restaurant. We got food from the chicken restaurant and it was disappointing. Also, it was a hot day and there's not too much shade besides going into the stores or the food court. Overall, I like the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets more in terms of their layout and larger store selection, but would recommend going here if you plan on making large purchases to save on the tax.

If I didn't know better I would have thought he was a foot doctor himself. He knew about the inflamed tendon in my foot and suggested physical therapy. The staff is available, but doesn't hover, just like I like them, and they always greet me as soon as I come in the door.
