pros: ok shoes, decent accessory options, full body mirrors
cons: mediocre customer service, ever-changing return policy, poor management
return advice...
if you buy a pair of shoes, return them in unworn/great condition, they'll make up an excuse as to why they are "damaged" and cannot be resold. Don't waste your time bringing them into the store. It's MUCH less of a headache to send a picture to comments@aldogroup.com with the shoes, the receipt and the box with the original stickers and a description of what you are trying to do. They understand and acknowledge issues rather than give you a one word response and/or make up a reason so that their conversion and sales budgets are not negatively affected. Try and buy a pair of sunglasses - they'll tell you why you need 17 shoe care products. Why? because its all sales driven with the customer being an afterthought.
dealing with rude associates...
don't pay them any mind. Some take their job WAY too seriously and others not seriously enough. I've dealt with both. For those who take their jobs too seriously, make sure you come prepared to answer questions like "what did you buy these for?" or "are you sure you didn't wear them outside, not even once?" or "how are we supposed to resell these." For the others, you can finagle your way to a refund. I didn't say make a scene, but you gotta do what you gotta do.
ugh.
