While I don't believe our event was any more important than the other event, I do believe golf club staff should have a bit more of a pulse on the impact of simultaneous events on each each other. For food, we had chicken in with marsala sauce or piccata sauce, roast beef, roasted broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, rolls with butter, roasted potatoes, and salad.
