Being a big chocolate fan, I couldn't resist buying a pack of their milk chocolate covered pretzels. Personally, I prefer dark chocolate and I didn't see too many options upon first glance but I also didn't ask; I guess I'll just have to go back and see! The products are high quality and are a little on the pricier side but they do run deals from time to time like BOGO chocolate covered almonds. Service was so slow in my lane that they had to open a third. We all got caught behind an elderly lady who grabbed a household item without a tag. It was a mission. I would have said forget it. For me, Aldi is not a place for regular shopping trips, though you could get by. I use it more for snacks, quick stops, and quirky things like their dips and flavored whipped cream. Only one lane open, so a long line. You'd think they'd at least want to make a better impression during their grand opening. Don't forget your bags, and a quarter.

It was almost $40 for two people to eat. Then we had Jennie's ice cream afterwards and it was $15 for two scoops of ice cream. Customer service was great as all the vendors were awesome and explained everything to us. Is this something that I would do again know just because of the parking and most of the restaurants inside of Markette is not something that I would normally eat very clean. There is a second floor for you to sit. I don't know if they had an elevator. I didn't see one, but I know there are stairs to the second floor. The prices are equivalent to (and mostly cheaper than) Krogers or GE; it's like Trader Joe's, but Local (and lots closer). Their produce is lovely & fresh (oh, those big bags of crimini mushrooms...), their staff is helpful & friendly, and they offer a lot of local & regional options to national/pricey brands. We've been shopping there for a few months now. If they only had pharmacy, they'd be perfect, but you can't have everything.
