I grabbed a small bottle from Kroger earlier in the month and it was already close to needing a refill... and that's when a random stop to North Market landed me at Green Olive Company. Shopping at a local business is always a win in my book so I just had to get a bottle of their garlic infused oil to restock my pantry. I got a medium size bottle for I think $19. It was packaged up really nicely, which was great because I had walked there not expecting to buy anything. So far I've made salad dressing with it and tossed it in with some veggies while they roasted in the oven. Five stars all the way. I can't wait to go back and try others. With how often I make my own dressings, their lemon infused oil is on my list to try next.
