Crème Brûlée was very watery and even after refrigerated, they were still bad. Lemon tart???? Where's the lemon? How can you make a bad vanilla cupcake? Ask them. We had Alchemy create our custom dessert bar for our wedding this last February. This was hands down the most BEAUTIFUL dessert display I've ever seen! More than a month later, our guests are still telling our family and friends how delicious the desserts were- and how creative they were! From the start, Alchemy was the only dessert company that was willing to adapt their current menu to fit our vision for the day, even to the point where they were willing to create new desserts. She was timely and flexible throughout the 2 years we worked with her (especially after we had to delay our wedding the first time with COVID!).
