Morning, noon, or night, this store is always understaffed. Long lines are the norm, sometimes with as many as 10 customers per line. It would seem that they don't realize that they get busy on the weekends, holidays, or in the evenings. While I compliment the employees on their professionalism, I just wish they would actually use the check stands they have available. There are often multiple lines that are unused, including at least 2-3 express lines that I never even see open except on very rare ocassions. Their inventory is inconsistent and sometimes they won't have standard brand name items for weeks at a time. I never know what to expect, except for a long wait. At the very least they should change 2 of the express lanes to self-check so we can take care of ourselves instead of waiting in long lines. Since Albertsons is currently the only major supermarket chain in the immediate area I hope that either they recognize the opportunity they have to capture the market or some other vendor takes advantage so we have a reliable go-to for our groceries. read more

I decided to take a breather this weekend and get some "me" time. I was at the bank across from Albertsons and decided to buy groceries here. Store was a bit warmer than normal markets and how I know this is because I'm usually frozen when I leave the market at other stores, but at Albertsons, they keep the grocery store way warmer than other markets. Makes me wonder if that's great in preserving freshness. Market clean and veggies fresh with a great selection but they are limited in the dairy section. They don't have organic milk. Whaaaaa?! The check out guy was fast even though there were barely any customers. I was quite impressed watching him bag my groceries like he was a master Tetris player. No need for annoying club cards. They got rid of that useless card so all sale items are given without it. There was hardly anyone in the store but single ladies! .. If you're looking for a guy who's actually single, make sure to go to the market at this hour on a Saturday night. I ran into two young stud muffins shopping for groceries on a late Saturday night. I would say that's a good sign if you're looking to meet someone unattached and not a partier and you'll have an idea of what they eat or how well they eat by looking at their groceries. If I see a guy picking up Old English beer, that's a definite red flag haha I'm not sure if anyone else goes through this but there have been plenty of times where guys have followed me throughout my entire shopping trip, through every aisle, all the way to the parking lot, and to leaving their numbers on my car window. Sometimes I even get a rose with a number attached. And when I see a single guy at the market I get really nosy, and always look at what he puts in his grocery basket because Im curious to know what his lifestyle is like. So guys make sure to put down that Shake N'Bake when you see a hot girl and pick up the filet mignon haha Another downside is the fact that they have Coast 103.5 playing all these depressing love songs. Definitely do not come here late night, on a Saturday, if you're heartbroken. Walking through the aisles, in a store with dim lighting, which seems like a ghost town, with depressing love songs playing, will surely have you calling your guy and coming over with a bottle of wine and a frozen dinner LOL read more

I have to give it to the young girl in the pharmacy department. I was in the store trying to find medication to help my mom's cold. I stopped Sylvia as she was rushing out to clock out for lunch. She came right back to help me find and advised me on the medications. Very very helpful! read more

This is one of my favorite grocery stores in the area, hands down! They have a great selection and everyone has always been super friendly! Their prices are very reasonable compared with nearby competitors. Redbox and Coinstar are a bonus at the front of the store. You can also recycle your bottles and cans at their recycling center outside. read more

This Albertson's is completely chaotic! I understand that they are trying to organize their product by Kosher, Organic, etc. but it makes no sense when there is Oatmeal in 3 different aisles, and they still don't follow their own organizational system! And they still didn't have the product I was looking for. I was not able to find at least 1/2 of my grocery list at this Albertson's. Complete chaos! read more

This Albertsons does not remove outdated food. I went here on August 31 to buy two things: eggs and english muffins. They were selling eggs with the sell by date of August 29. I then went to the bread section for my english muffins. There was only one left with the sell by date of August 30. I would avoid this Albertsons. Who knows how much more of their inventory is old? Yuck! read more

I love this neighborhood Albertsons however one morning on my way to work decided to grab some bagels from the bakery. Come to my surprise the staff was not pretty friendly I was standing there trying to get someone's attention because I wanted more than for jalapeno cheese bagels and one of the ladies told me it was Self Serve but I told her I needed more than what was out there, and she said that's all they have when I told her behind her there was a fresh stack of bagels that they had just brought out. She said oh these are not for sale there in order... And then she did not want to give me a bag to put my Bagels in since I had a dozen to purchase she was rude too bad I didn't catch her name. read more

I love the bakery here! They always have such amazing cakes and they're always so well made. I got my sons birthday cake from here and the lovely girl behind the counter, Grace, helped me out with everything I needed. She has great customer service and great cake decorating skills! Clean, well stocked, rarely busy, and cheap. You might save a buck or two at Stater Bros but why torment yourself. Pay attention and this is the cheapest place in town. Not trashy, either. Shop here. It's that short and sweet. read more

I don't like shopping at Albertson's. I'm more of a Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Ralph's kinda girl. BUT!!!! The chicken wings are BOMB. What is it about the chicken wings? The honey wings are so good... I don't understand! Albertson's? Best chicken wings? Weird. read more

BAKERY: Went to Albertsons for a birthday cake. Kim was so rude and unprofessional. Apparently they don't do any personalized cakes anymore and are unwilling to make any adjustments to their existing cake designs, which is silly because they do custom wedding cakes. SO disappointed. We have been coming here for years and will have to take our business somewhere else. We gave the bakery another chance in December and the writing on the cake was terrible. Very sad. read more

Visited the location attempting to pick up some deli items. Deli supposed to be open until 9pm. Visited at 8:35pm and was guilted into how difficult it would be for them to reassemble all of the slicers just for me. If you don't want to be open that long, CHANGE YOUR HOURS. I will never visit this location again. read more

I've been a customer of this Albertson's store for many years (at least 10 if not more), but I think I will stop shopping there. Why? Because they never seem to have enough cashiers when either I or my wife shop there. Tonight, I went there at 6:15 p.m. on my way home from work and by 6:30 p.m. I was in line. There were only 2 checkouts of 8-9 open and 1 express lane open. There were lots of tired customers in these lines waiting. I asked one of the cashiers if he could please ask other cashiers to come to the registers and help clear the backlog. He said he tried but no one was responding. I waited at least 30 minutes to get to the front of the line. Once I got there, he apologized for the delay and also said he didn't like the current manager who was cutting everyone's hours and making existing employees work overtime, which was why there weren't enough staff. Well, I will simply take my business elsewhere, if the store doesn't want to pay for enough cash register staff, especially during peak hours. read more

Nice big store. When I go it is usually not that crowded except on holidays but that is expected. Signs out side that says they don't support solicitors but that does not stop people from asking for money or buy candy. Then again I just say no thank you and walk away. They would get five stars if it was not for the long wait at the self check out lines when you are waiting for approval. But I just heard that Albertson's if laying off a lot of works so I foresee this problem continuing. read more

Maria and tony are the most professional and nicest here at this Albertsons. They speak , there welcoming, they smile and talk and even no some of the regulars. Great customer service from these two. This what kept me coming back. Thank you for your great customer services. read more

Don't shop here or apply here. Piece of shit company. out of the 5 were a great learning experience. My last year working for them while I finished the last 3 months of school the new store director by the name of SAM STROUT gave me such a hard time. They promoted me knowing I had a school restriction and when I gave them my last 3 months schedule for school the store director said it was a hectic schedule. He then got mad with me once for helping a elderly lady find a certain items and wasn't able to attend his call, I was yeld at from across the store. From that moment on he started telling everyone at the store that I was getting transferred. Now to me that's very unprofessional before letting me know I found out from a person that didn't even work at that store! They told me the reason I was getting transferred was because of my school schedule. It was a coincidence on how I got transferred a couple days after I called Human Resources on him for mistreating employees. read more

Three stars because it's nothing special, just a grocery store. I do the vast majority of my shopping here. They always have what I need, generally have things on sale, and have those automatic check-out machines so you don't have to wait in line until the old lady gets done chatting the cashier up about her cats. Lately I have found, and this hasn't affected the stars given, that the automated check-out machines have been being grumpy with me, often demanding manager assistance. In the end, I still shop here, but it's no better or worse than any other grocery store I've been to. read more

Albertsons get 4 stars, but my review is geared towards Frank, Cashier, 0 stars. I mean, this guy just doesn't pay close attention to the customers. The first time he "grilled" me, just shy of a KGB interrogation. I was purchasing alcohol and my legitimate CA ID was';t scanning in their machine for verification purposes. I do look good for my age but it was clear I was totally clean. It's as if i was 20 years old and trying to pull a fast one on him. So after a number of close eyeballs and up and down looks at me, and me explain to frank that its ok, this is me, see the holograms etc?? At the time it perturbed me, but after a second "run-in" with this fine gentlemen, I immediately thought back to back to the future when Biff slammed into that pile of manure, only I was dreaming it was frank who got smothered in the dung. The second time- Frankie, Come on now,,,,, where's your decency man, why don't you respect the handicapped? You treated my great friend who is physically disabled, as if he were mentally disabled. Now thats classy and righteous. Keep scaring good customers away. Great for business. I had to speak my mind after this second occurence. Upper management, why don't you have a word with Frank. He probably doesn't even respect his elders. Other then that, the store is great. See you all soon. Sincerely, Lifelong Albertsons Customer read more

My family and I have had multiple negative customer experiences at this location, with the last one involving my mother being given a difficult time trying to use the Albertsons app and eventually after giving her attitude and confusion by charging her 16 items with a cart of only 11 items, they overcharged her. We've walked away each time shaking our heads but figured we just need to suck it up and maybe it was a bad day for another Caucasian female employee (coincidence or not the last two instances involved thusly). I am pretty open-minded and don't like to use racism as an excuse, but now I sense this place is apt to look down on people who try to leverage their coupons and doubly condescending to those who don't speak English well or of their same skin color. Various members of the staff treat customers poorly, even when escalated to the manager (with the exception of the baker I once interacted with, he's so nice). That is why we didn't bother to call the director on the receipt "Chantel Knudsen" for fear that she is part of management here and anything we said would fall on deaf ears. I strongly urge this store to visit their customer service and bias policies. read more

The two things that I like to shop now at Albertson's are their fried chicken and cake! I ordered cakes there twice now for a baby shower and a holiday party, and people have told me that the cakes tasted great, not too sweet, very moist and light. I go to this Albertson's for my weekly grocery shopping. The people there are very friendly, the people at the Deli recognize my son and I every time we come in. It is well stocked and pretty sizable. It is always clean when I come in. The best part about this Albertson's is the management decided to make a Gluten free section apart from the Organic section. I have not seen this at any other Albertson's and the thoughtfulness really means a lot to someone who has to deal with food allergies. The time spent shopping is cut in half because I'm not analyzing labels and traveling all across the store to find what I need. read more

This store is clean, aesthetically appealing and the employees are helpful. Their gluten free isle (isle 4) is extensive and easy access! The dairy free options are pretty limited (cheese and yogurt). They have an isle for "natural" and "organic" items as well! I loved that they had organic meats and wild salmon!! The prices were definitely reasonable and the selection good! Overall, I could do my weekly shopping here for a gfcf household. :) read more

This store keeps getting better. Keep up the good work. I use the recycle machine outside for my cans and bottles.

I went to the customer service counter to get assistance and was at first not even acknowledged with a May i help you or anything. Being the only person there it was blatant disrespect. When I asked for assistance the gal didn't want to stop playing with the flower bows. Okkkkkk. I asked for a roll of quarters and she didn't want to help me at the register. Another employee came over and got the quarters for me seeing the situation. Worse the manager did not want to have this rude employee apologise. This makes about the third time this has happened. The other occurrences were with the attitudinal deli kid.he doesn't wait on folks if he can help it. The manager explained its because he's in the Union that they can't fire him. Hmmmm maybe you need to put customer service first, union red tape second. read more

Yesterday, around 5 o'clock, I went to the service deli to get an 8 piece of your mango habanero chicken. When I walked up, there was a man in front of me who was already being helped by the blonde woman at the counter (I think her name was Jori, but at the time I wasn't anticipating writing about her, so I'm not sure). The man was trying to get her to pick out a specific chicken breast and Jori was doing her absolute best to make sure he got the one he wanted. However, the guy was extremely rude to her, insisting that he wanted "that piece," which from the backside of bubbled glass is a difficult thing to gauge. He continued to go on about "how can you not see?" and "it's that one right there!" to the point where I was about to get on him about how to speak to people, when Jori got ahold of the piece he wanted. He ordered ONE piece of chicken, put her through hell over it, and didn't even say thank you. I wouldn't imagine Jori would've felt up to giving the best service at that point (I was frustrated and he wasn't even speaking to me). However, she gave me tremendous customer service! Added extra sauce to the chicken and asked several times if I needed anything else. She truly made sure I got the best food possible. She has the patience of a saint and I want to make sure her commitment to customer service as well as her positive attitude are recognized. Thank you Jori! (and I'm sorry if I got your name wrong!) read more

I tend to end up at this location since it is fairly close to my home and is open late. Tonight I ran into the store w/ a shopping list that I powered through in 16 min before the store closed and although it was Father's day, closing time, and there was a 4 person line, the manager Jose helped me locate some produce I couldn't find on my own. It was very kind of him and he was very pleasant about the additional task. I know that both he and the bag boy were very tired ( I could just see an exhausted end of day look on both their faces) and he was still willing to help me. I find it ironic that the late evening staff tends to be much nicer than the afternoon staff. I have come on weekdays after work (4-5 pm ish) (primary M/T) and each time the cashiers are despondent or cranky, thank heavens the night shift workers are helpful. I think I will try to move my grocery shopping to Sunday evenings rather than after work on M/T. read more

I am a regular here. It's local, clean, and the staff is very friendly & helpful. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies. So i come here about 2x's a week for fresh produce, and what ever other little items i might need. The fruit and veggies are usually full of flavor, and fresh. I was only here once and noticed the jalapeños seemed to be a little old, I asked the produce guy if they had any more and he brought out a whole fresh box. The awesome part was he changed out all the jalapeños right away. This show me they really do care, and take pride in there store. Now when I go to the Deli section they have the nicest lady back their I really wish I got her name. But she really goes out of her way to please is very friendly, and will offer you a sample if you debating over a couple of items. They have a gentlemen that monitors the self check out and anytime i have a question he is eager to assist. He even pulls people over to his area and will check them out. This shows me they totally value there clients time. Next time I go I will try to get there names. Because really they deserve the recognition. Nice job hiring your employees at this location. Management must be doing something right because happy employees usually deliver superior service. All in all if you are in the area go here. Oh and I almost forgot the butcher is also awesome. If he has it in the back and you don't see he will usually cut it up for you. read more
