I like that they offer high quality white meat chicken and the they give you a really good quantity for their plate size! I can easily have 2 plates over 3 days and will still have some rice left over. I do appreciate the fact they do not skimp on quantity! The plates come with salad and rice but you can pay extra for macaroni. I wish macaroni was not extra or not as much extra. Although if I am getting the deal, I don't mind paying a bit extra on 2 since 1 will be free but it would be nice if it was a smaller charge or included as a side option for plates. I also highly recommend grabbing extra sauce from the back - the chicken plates can be a bit dry and if you like it with a good amount of sauce, you will want extra on top of what is already provided. For me, a lot of extra sauce is needed to cover the rice and chicken and give it some actual noticeable teriyaki flavor. Overall this is a good establishment with a wide choice of meats to grill for yourself at home (if you're into that) and the staff has always been friendly! I will be back for another happy hour deal soon!

When it was finally my turn, he asked me to meet him on the other side of the store, handed me my bag, and said I looked mad and could have the sandwiches for free. I told him I was happy to pay, and he responded by telling me to "fuck off." I was shocked and asked if he had really just said that, and he doubled down and told me to get going. I've been a regular customer for years, but after being treated like that by the owner, I won't be back. Santa Ana Meat Market - Best Ranchera Meat in Town!…read more I've been to Santa Ana Meat Market at least three times now, and every visit has been worth it. Their ranchera meat is by far the best-priced in town, and the flavor is unbeatable. Whether you're grilling for a family barbecue or just need quality meat for a meal, this is the spot. One great bonus is that when you purchase ranchera meat, you get a small container of salsa, which is a nice touch! The salsa adds even more flavor to an already delicious meal. Don't get discouraged by the location or the outside look--once you step inside, you'll find great service, quality cuts, and some of the best prices around. The store is always well-stocked with everything you need for a perfect cookout. If you're looking for high-quality meat at a great price, I highly recommend checking this place out! Would definitely keep coming back. 5/5!
