My wife had already made the switch to Village Pharmacy months (closer to a year before I did). All it took was a few mishaps at that old pharmacy to switch over to Village Pharmacy and funny thing is that one of the Pharmacy Techs from my old pharmacy also made the switch to VP. I'm going to date my self here. Village Pharmacy is my CHEERS, and I'm Sam Malone and it's like "Where Everyone knows my name." From day one, the Owner Badal always greeted me with a smile and a "Good day/ hello/ how was your day/ how is your day going!?" His staff is top notch from Carmelita to Ruchie to Manny and Victor (and everyone else that has worked there and is working there). I love how they greet me by name when I call and to me that goes a long way! I value the Village Pharmacy Staff...they have been such a great group of people. I also love their selection of various medications...they have gone ankle and beyond, when I have been in a bind with medication almost about to run out! They have saved me and my wife in so many ways. I find the value of the medications reasonable and if possible they will help with covering hefty cost with coupons! My wife and I really do love this Pharmacy...they have been such a blessing in our lives. I would highly recommend Village Pharmacy to others!

My regular pharmacy, that I now use, didn't carry one of my meds, so I thought I'd try Community Pharmacy once again. Big mistake. Not only are they out of my much needed new medication, they couldn't be bothered to call and let me know! I spent two weeks, thinking the delay was from waiting for approval from my insurance. NOPE, I had to call to find out they are out of stock once again, no estimated time of arrival - and they couldn't be bothered to call me! I always try to keep patronizing local businesses here, but I'll never give any business to this pharmacy ever again. Not worth the wasted time and inconvenience.

PRETTY GOOD WINE SELECTION…read more Stopped here from out of town after visiting Temecula's wineries. I was on the hunt for some local wines after much of the wineries had closed Sunday evening. There is a nice selection of wine here for a CVS. They have wines from South Coast and Wilson Creek. They were about a dollar cheaper than the Temecula Wine & Spirits store - just across the street - but only cause it was on sale. Other than those two local wines, there were not other local brands. Yet, there were plenty of other brands I had not heard of before that may be worth trying. The Ralph's Market, however, has a much larger selection than CVS; about twice the amount of selection.

I really don't need any more decor but I like to browse. I picked a couple of the fruit & nut Cadbury bars, which remind me of Chunky chocolate bars. Do they still sell those? Anyhow the store is clean and organized. So hard to believe that Christmas is around the corner. There were good sales throughout the store. I have the app, which gives me coupons I can use at check out. This time I was able to save $3.00. The cashier was very nice, polite, and efficient. We really like this CVS. It's convenient and we can always find something we need.

Problems could be solved quicker and more effectively if they took the time to actually listen. Instead, they rush through the conversation and cut you off only to come back three or four times to correct themselves or fix something. In the end they still messed up my prescription, luckily it wasn't something major. Again, the pharmacist really stood out here. He kept his cool even after he tripped over a box the girls left in the walkway. Give these girls some Ritalin. They can't finish one thing before messing up three others.
