Our most recent example of their unacceptable performance: had a new prescription sent to them from my provider on 4/7/26. Followed up with the pharmacy multiple times until 4/17/26 when we were told that the provider cancelled the order. This was incorrect! Called provider and asked for prescription to be rerouted to Costco. Costco staff was extremely polite, competent, and efficient and the prescription was filled within 1 hour. This is just one example of many. We will not be returning to Walgreens Central Point. We do not recommend this pharmacy. Zero stars would be the appropriate rating level.

Is it the best tasting cake with organic ingredients? No. However, for the design, it's a great value. We used the online site, placed the order about 2 weeks out, and pickup was ready an hour before we requested. I wouldn't get the $3 up charge for the strawberry filling again though. No real strawberries in there. I hear that the quality of designs are really dependent on who is working in the bakery. So, I wouldn't say that all Walmart locations would yield the same results (or even the same Walmart). Despite that, we will be placing another custom order for preschool graduation cupcakes. Avoid at all costs. Rude, smug, uncaring…read more The entire area was inundated with smoke, and my son has asthma. There were several errors processing the prescription. Instead of being apologetic or helpful, the gal working the counter was smug, rude and tried to blow me off. A second gal literally huffed and puffed when she was asked to help straighten things out. She finally agreed and told us to comeback in couple hours and the prescription would be ready. We came back. The prescription was not ready and she hadn't done anything. The first lady stepped back up and again tried to blow us off, with nasty look on her face. She behaves like she's gods gift to the world and everyone should feel blessed by her presence. I requested the pharmacist - his attitude wasn't much better than the other employees. After significant prodding, he finally decided to correct the situation. The correction took all of 5 minutes. These people literally would rather be rude, smug and uncaring than helpful. They should be ashamed of themselves.
