I did..... when it was all done, it less than 20.00. I appreciate her taking the time to help me, even though they were busy. This is what is it all about. Where this place goes bad is the person that operates the cash register at the pharmacy counter. All the charm of a dentist drill... Been there three times now, got stuck with this gal that is plain rude. Never got welcomed to the pharmacy Never smiled, not once Waiting in line, never said "can I help you or thank you and does not know how to smile. My wife watched. Today my wife did the talking to her. Was not welcomed, she was rude. This unfriendly register operated makes one want to leave. I'm hoping the manger responds to this. I'm not done. If the owner does not contact me, I'll go in and ask for him. There are a couple of choice words that I'd like to write.

Stop going to those chain ‍ pharmacy's that treat you like a number and come enjoy the personal touch you receive here. They don't automatically refill prescriptions like other pharmacies. Do you have to call every month and renew your order so if you're the kind of person who is super forgetful and likes that your pharmacy automatically refills your medication this would not be the pharmacy for you.

I had two prescriptions sent over by my doctor yesterday, early afternoon, to address a severe and debilitating illness. As of today, those prescriptions are still not ready. I understand that it might take them three or four hours to count to 30 but taking multiple days to do so is unreasonable. No one ever knows what's going on. The pharmacists are rude and dismissive. You can stand at the counter for 5 minutes, staff will look at you, but no one will acknowledge you. Maybe they're understaffed because they have to pay for a store location that is five times larger than it needs to be. The store itself enormous. They are 500 feet from an Albertsons, but they have aisles of groceries and personal products that are more expensive then actually going to the grocery store for groceries. The saddest part is that these aisles are mostly empty (except for the liquor coolers at the back). Other aisles are completely empty year-round. Whatever corporate buffoon made the decision to stand up the behemoth drugstore to try and compete with a grocery store while understaffing the PHARMACY (remember this is supposed to be a drug store) should be terminated immediately for gross incompetence.

And when you buy something they ask you...."would you like this gift wrapped". Also they have a nut counter... you know or maybe you don't remember being able to go in to a drugstore and buy warm nuts. They keep all the nuts under a heat lamp and they are warm and tasty when you want them. Everyone was helpful and nice... guess it goes along with the Brookings experience.
