The very nice lady at the counter asked me if I had a discount card, I told her no. She gave me info and said to go over a few aisles and apply for one. that she would run it through again. I did..... when it was all done, it less than 20.00. I appreciate her taking the time to help me, even though they were busy. This is what is it all about. Living in a small town that cares about the people who live in the area. Wished I had gotten her name. Thank you, Rogue River Pharmacy.

We had just eaten lunch, but we couldn't resist going inside, sitting at the counter and ordering a root beer float. I've had root beer floats before, but I had only seen soda fountains like this in movies--and I had to look up what a flavored phosphate drink was. The two young women working behind the counter were friendly, although they seemed rather busy. It was a fun stop and a little step back in time the root-beer float wsa great!

One pharmacy didn't have a common medication available? Pharmacy #2 took all the information, told me they could get them filled in an 1 hour. I did some grocery shopping and came back 45 minutes later... They were closed for lunch. Turns out they didn't even look at the prescription(s), took them off the counter and handed them back to me *sigh* Meanwhile, I got the call that my son was ready to be discharged and I left in a hurry to pick him up without any aftercare meds *yikes* WHEN IT MATTERS... Trust your local community Pharmacy! Down the street from my house, I popped in and explained the need for meds sooner rather than later. Customer Service is OUTSTANDING! Had a new patient entered into the system and meds in hand in less than 20 minutes. Now that is what I call Customer Care *BIG Smiles* Thank Goodness for local Businesses!!!

Thing is, my insurance hasn't covered it the last three times I've had it filled at this pharmacy. You'd think that sort of information would be on file at this point. So I explained that I pay out of pocket for it, and the person who was helping me said it would STILL be a few hours before they could fill it, if not tomorrow. Good thing I don't need this medication to keep me alive or anything like that. I hope that people with that level of need are getting their medicine elsewhere. They get two stars because they at least fill the prescription and accept my discount card. They desperately need more staff and a better method of tracking customer history.

This pharmacy has never been a good place to go safely. I've been talked down to and embarrassed. This is the second time I've had issues at this pharmacy. Had a different one been open ( it was weekend) I would have never gone back. Rite Aid knows about this. Doesn't seem to care.

She went above and beyond helping me sort through the boxes and stayed there to organize them better for other customers. They have a great selection of bird seed and outdoor accessories, as well as everyday and seasonal items with reasonable prices. The store itself is well-maintained with clean bathrooms.

What a lovely little shop... it has just about everything you could want from pharmacy items,…read morebeauty products and a great selection of gifts. And when you buy something they ask you...."would you like this gift wrapped". Also they have a nut counter... you know or maybe you don't remember being able to go in to a drugstore and buy warm nuts. They keep all the nuts under a heat lamp and they are warm and tasty when you want them. Everyone was helpful and nice... guess it goes along with the Brookings experience.
