Overpriced on approximately 30% of grocery items when compared to the advertised pricing. I've repeatedly had the same experience on multiple occasions but today forced me to speak up! The customer before me at checkout had to do a price check on 4 of the dozen or so items in her cart, the worst of which was a meat item that had the sale price sticker right on top of the package & still was charged almost $1/lb more than advertised until she caught it! Of the 3 items I was buying, a jar of spaghetti sauce that was priced on the shelf as discounted from $12.99 down to $8.99, was subsequently charged at $10.99. Enough is enough! This needs to be corrected before I'll return. read more

The new parking lot is ridiculous! welcoming to handicapped people, which is wonderful but to make your other customers walk almost to bell road to park is unacceptable. especially in the heat! The cart returns take up way too much space, convert for your workers but not for your customers! read more

Most of the staff seem so unhappy. Not friendly, and rarely helpful. The bakery staff are great. Process are high, quality is low.

I used to like Albertsons so much more, but over here years it's just went downhill for me. Today I came in for some cleaning supplies and a few other things on my way home after a long day. The store was clean and I was able to find everything pretty easy. Once ready to check out there was only one cashier open and no other employees in sight. Don't bother looking for self checkout because they don't have that either. I wasn't in a huge hurry, but it would've been nice to have already someone helping the cashier bag as well because it took quite a while to get out since there were two people already ahead of me. read more

It's a good store to go to but they're very unorganized some of the cash register people. One thing you have to watch is something on sale you have to keep an eye on. You got something on sale and they charge you for the regular price you got to keep on them people all the time. Like going there we usually catch him when they make mistakes on pricing referring to sale prices. They're not always accurate until you go home and you see that they charge you the regular price and not the sale price. They need to get their act together or Fry's is going to dissolve you. Recently a week ago they had the bread French bread on sale two for $3 or anyway I got billed for two full price. I need to get your act together on their computers must be outdated or something I repeat this one more time it has happened many times and there are people at the cash register that got their act together select few that catch it before I noticed it. read more

Horrible customer service from Dara. Her and 2 other coworkers talked gossip about another coworker in front of me and other customers. She was not the kindest when ringing me up either. But worse of all, her and other employee's said NOTHING to a group of customers that weren't wearing their masks. Let them check out and leave while we are in a pandemic still! I'm never coming back. It's crazy when your put on hold or transferred to another department and your on hold for 16 minutes. Then I hung up the phone. It's not the first time this has happened to me call Albertsons on Bell rd and 91st Avenue. OMG and the one lane thing is crazy. Your not Circle K. Plus at night why do you always have the last lane opposite the doors to enter and leave? Do you think it might be better for your customers to get in and out as quick as possible? Plus I would think you could watch who comes in and out better. read more

I stopped by on my lunch break yesterday and was buying two coconut waters (that's it). Only one lane open, shoot. I of course was behind a person with a full cart of groceries. I was praying to the grocery store gods that another lane would be opened. Well to my joy another lane was opened and the clerk immediately went to the customer BEHIND me and guided her to the newly opened lane. Of course that lane immediately filled with people because nobody wanted to wait behind this full cart of groceries in front of me. FOUR people were checked out in that new line before I was checked out, yes you better believe I was counting. This is just such poor customer service. Go to the next person in line when a new lane is opened up, I wouldn't think this would need to be said. I remember when Albertsons was a friendly neighborhood store in Boise, Idaho. This location is pretty well maintained and easily accessible. There is a decent selection of everything from fresh veggies and meats to pet supplies and your everyday household and beauty supplies. There is also a selection of wine, beer and liquor. The bakery department doesn't have a huge selection of goodies but what they do have showcased is absolutely delicious. I don't buy my veggies anywhere else but here. They are fresh and last a long time. I've ordered some steaks from the meat department and am very impressed by their selections. Even the deli has some awesome sandwich meats and cheeses my hubby and I love! The workers that I have encountered have been helpful and nice for the most part but I have come across some cashiers that just seem like they don't care and will not smile. We really love that we can easily go across the street and pick up things when we need them. read more

I come here for the convenience that it's close to home. However, they're not the friendliest. During the coronavirus ordeal I ask an employee how many gallons of water I can take.. he said it was a "free for all". So I grabbed about 7 for my family. I check out and immediately am told I can only grab 2. I said "that doesn't make sense an employee told me otherwise"?? The cashier calls the manager twice and embarrassed me in front of all the customers in line. I said "ok ok I will put them back". How embarrassing!! Albertsons - you embarrass you customers and mislead with the wrong info! Don't get me started with overpriced items I'll stick to fry's. read more

We only come to Albertson's when they have a sale on their steaks and chicken.. So they have a buy one get two free chickens and buy one get three free steaks. you can't be that we literally spent 30 bucks and got a ton of meat to barbecue. And the customer service because I told them that it froze and they were just like "oh well you need to call" uhh last time I checked you work at Albertson's not me. that should be your job customer service to figure out why your red box isn't working.. This is my neighborhood grocery store and I luv this store and the staff. But the real hidden gem is the pharmacy. I was at Walgreens at union hills and they are a disaster. I tried Osco drug Albertsons for my flu shot and met Mr Ho. Omg the nicest man ,human being I have ever met. I had heard other people talk about that the reason they use the pharmacy was because of Mr. Ho but all the staff is incredible in the pharmacy. I switched immediately after I got my shots. I get my prescriptions so fast and I get a text when they are ready. Never had that at Walgreens. Literally ten minutes after they received my prescription today i got a text it was ready. You will not be sorry switching over. read more

They make mistakes by placing item sale tags on the wrong items and refused to honor the price. Donna, one of the "managers" was very rude to 3 of her "customers" today and does not know the meaning of customer service. It's not about the item at this point but how we were treated and I spoke to the store manager, Tonya also and next is a call to their corporate office! I like their bottled sodas that are not easily found in most common grocery stores, as well as their unusual selection of Talenti Gelato that is found in most stores, however they don't have the flavors I'm looking for, specifically Carmel Apple and Vanilla Blueberry crunch! I am so impressed with the bakery at this Albertsons. I called 5 plus grocery stores to find one with a cake photo machine that was actually working. Theirs is new and ready to go! So important for graduation season! The ladies there were so kind and helpful. Our luau themed graduation cake was very well decorated, and tasted great! I went in looking for a last minute cake for my nephews birthday. It was about 7pm and the bakery associate was cleaning the area around the cakes. I was looking for a specific type of frosting and had asked her how I could tell it was the specific type. She couldn't be bothered to even look at me directly and stated "it'll be named on the label" and continued to clean. She was very unhelpful in assisting me. I would rather take my business where someone is at least willing to help me find my item. read more

The produce at this store is always very very nice and reasonably priced. There is a very disagreeable smell in the meat department so I don't buy anything from the meat or fish department. The pet supply area has a good selection. The frozen food selection is very small. The video department has been replaced by a machine; kinda cool. The bakery is a bit of an afterthought. What a shame. The store at 75th and Cactus (which they closed) was much better. read more

For grocery stores, I like Albertson's although back home I don't shop there.. No I'm NOT a snowbird. The produce has quality, although not much variety, the bakery is lacking but the deli is great! Horseradish cheese on French dips, yum! I appreciate the selection of smaller sized products they stock. my only complaint is aimed at the people who shuck the corn looking for the perfect ear, then pop a kernel, and discard the ear. That's disgusting people! No telling where your fingers been! Stop it!! (Rants over) staff is very friendly and helpful, the store is clean and shelves always stocked. Good job! read more
