From the moment I asked for help, Jon was friendly, patient, and genuinely glad to assist. He didn't just wave vaguely toward the back of the store. He walked me over like a man who understands that ranch is not a condiment, it's a lifestyle. I have been to stores where employees point at a random aisle and say "try over there." Jon led me straight to the goods. Thanks to Jon, I got my broccoli and my ranch in record time. The broccoli was fresh and crisp, and the ranch was ready to do what ranch does best: make a vegetable feel like a bad decision in the best way. Jon knew the store like I know the bottom of a ranch bottle, which is to say intimately and with no regrets. Employees like Jon are the reason people choose one store over another. Prices and selection matter, but nothing beats a team member who makes you feel like your time matters. Jon turned a routine errand into a good experience, and honestly, any man who can navigate me from the produce section to the dressing aisle without judgment is a professional. So let me say this plainly: Jon deserves a raise. His helpfulness, kindness, and dedication should be rewarded, and I'm asking Fry's management to give him the compensation he has clearly earned. Some of my favorite treasures are the bun bò Huế noodles, the purple sweet potatoes, crisp Asian pears, fresh pandan, and the endless array of fun drinks that always convince me to try something new. He said that the last brand didn't sell well and they put everything on sale to clear it out. He gave me an uncertain timeline of two weeks for a restock, but it didn't sound real. I am from out of town, and it's a two hour drive, and I came singularly for the frozen mock meat. I did walk the isles and they do have a lot of items to choose from that you will not find in a typical American supermarket, and I picked up some interesting sauces and condiments I hadn't seen before, which was good. Very, very bad was the bathroom. There was a pool of dirty water on the floor with a mop and pail. The latch on the single sit down stall was broken and I walked in on someone. The sinks are stained and dirty. The smell is bad and overwhelming. They need to clean it and wipe it down and fix the sit down stall latch. All in all, the store has a lot of asian products you will not find in supermarkets, they are comme ci, comme ça! ‍ on frozen mock meat products, and somebody really needs to clean their men's bathroom.
