I am so mad about this!! This store has gone downhill like an avalanche. We shopped here for years due to customer service and being treated like family. Staff has been leaving over the last nine months. Today was the last straw. One of the last reasons we still came to this store every Sunday was an amazing checker that was hanging on because of regular customers. Today my husband and son with autistic qualities witnessed our favorite checker personally insulted and abused and made to leave. Acted very rudely to us and other customers that she knew still in line. My son was very hurt. We will be reporting this to corporate offices and whoever else we can!! read more

The shopping experience at Albertons is always much, much better than at Walmart. So I'm usually ok spending a little more coming here instead. I've never had a bad experience while shopping here. The store is well laid out, clean, and well stocked. I've ordered sandwich trays and cakes, and both were as expected. They have a fresh sushi section, which the kid loves, a nice walk in beer fridge, which I love. I've only encountered unfriendly employees a few times. Came here to grab some fresh pet food. I wish all the stores were laid out the same because I walked all over that store to find the pet isle. Finally.i asked someone if they had that section and it was in the most random corner in the front corner of the store and there was no sign for it. Then checking out, the web at the register was not friendly at all. Didn't ask if I found everything alright which is one of there customer service things they do. Didn't say hi. Was just straight faced the entire time. When she handed me my receipt, she just held it up at me and I told her have a good day, she smirked and didn't even say thank you or you to. It was such an unfriendly experience. I started coming to this one because the one in Lake Worth is dirty and it only.makes me question how dirty things are in the back. If the customer service is going to be like this at this location, I'll go to the one in Azle and give them my business. When I have been there, I've never had a problem and always fell welcomed. I don't know her name but tall dark hair young lady that works behind service desk is AWESOME. I was in yesterday and I was behind a man giving her hell about lottery . He was so hateful to her and you could tell it bothered her. She is always so friendly and welcoming each and every time I visit this store. Poor customer service. Cashier was just that. Only a cashier. I unloaded $250 worth of groceries and bagged the groceries with a employee at the next check out station (Not a cashier) dancing and intentionally ignoring the need for help loading groceries. Not the first time but will be the last. Brookshire's is now my grocery store. Didn't mention lack of products/empty shelves. read more

I went into Albertson's today for some coffee for my Keurig and was following the red lines that they have posted in there for directions for aisle traffic. They also have employees wearing masks. While I was in there following according to the arrows, a Red Bull representative walked the wrong direction on one of the isles where his product was and refused to go the correct way, wearing no mask! I ask him to follow the red lines. He then started cussing (cursing) saying he was working blah blah blah expletive expletive. It is unacceptable for him to act like that it's not a recommendation on this Albertsons to boycott but Red Bull yes! The store does need to control their reps (animals) though!! Another store employee was going wrong way. Please pull up the tape or follow your own rules!!!! read more

girl manager at service desk is always rude each and every time i visit service desk to cash in lotto tickets, there is no reason for this kind of attitude. if you hate your job or life that much stop showing up to work and making everyone else around you miserable. believe me it shows. I placed an order last minute to cater an event in town. The customer service is exceptional. They treated me so well and were so helpful and friendly. The store was clean, plentiful, and affordable. Everything we ordered for the event was delicious. Cake from the Bakery and Sandwich trays from the deli. We will absolutely continue to use them for catering moving forward and also recommend to friends, co workers, and family. The price and quality can't be beat and when you throw in the exceptional service, it's a no brainer. read more

A four is now officially the highest rating I've ever given an Albertsons, and this location really shines because of the people. Huge props to Inell, who has to be the top cashier in the store, as she always leaves us smiling. Like most Albertsons, the price can be a hard hit in the pocket, but people like Inell help to soften the blow. read more

Albertsons are in front of my job and therefore pretty convenient to stop and grab something. I hate to say I generally prefer Wal-Mart for pricing and central market for original high quality selections. But when I am here I usually find what I'm looking for at a pretty reasonable price. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to help, which you struggle for at Wal-Mart. Sometimes paying a little extra for that alone is worth it. I do like their cakes and pies, probably a little too much. The parking lot is not ideal, but...I think it's a shared thing. Honestly the whole thing needs replaced. But the store itself is nice inside. read more

This Albertson's is the worst one I have ever been to. The only saving grace is the meat department. And an occasional friendly cashier. The produce department has horrible food - some with visible mold. And just ask someone for help - in any department (except meat) - and they act as if you are bothering them. Have complained, when asked, to corporate with absolutely no response. Glad to be moving and shopping at another store. read more

The Albertson's in White Settlement is the cleanest and freshest Albertsons I have ever been to. They often have fresh made guac and salsa that is fantastic and made daily. I have never not been able to find what I am looking for and the staff is always very friendly. read more

Don't bother calling. The recording says choose one of the following options or your call will be automatically routed to customer service desk. But that is not what happens. If you don't choose one, it replays. When you select 8 for customer service, it disconnects the call. Select 2 it disconnects the call. same with 3. I finally got through to the floral dept and they re-routed. Great store tho. read more

I had never heard of Albertson's until moving to the DFW area & when I discovered how cheap it was, I was hooked. Plus they have an app called Just For U that you can just add random coupons & enter your phone number at the register & whatever is in your basket that you have coupons for, get credited! I'm a huge fan, my only complaint is the layout of the store, it's a bit confusing and random, but the staff is nice & the price is right, so I love it. read more

We have shopped at this store since it opened and bought most of our groceries and other items here. We have always experienced friendly people working at this store who did everything they could to make sure the costumers were happy. Today we bought over $160.00 in this store and would have been well over $200.00 if we could get someone at the meat counter to help us. I went and stood behind a man who was talking to the man servicing the meat counter and waited for several minutes to find out he wasn't buying anything but just chit chatting with the employee. I walked away and the employee never asked if he could help me, just kept chit chatting with the customer who bought nothing. I looked back several minutes later and they were still talking so I decided to buy our meat products at a store down the street. I have never had this problem before with the women that work behind the meat counter who always take care of business. This guy who wore a ball cap obviously doesn't care about your customers. Easy fix for us, we'll shop elsewhere from now on if this happens again!! read more
