This Baskin-Robbins has been here for a good while now! I remember coming here with my almost 16 year old when they had been around 4 years old, I almost feel like its been there longer but I can't remember for sure! When dropping my oldest off at a friends house I mentioned to my youngest there was a Baskin Robbins near by ... Which because we had seen the new Ant Man on Friday we had to go! Thanks Marvel, lol! Anyway, the staff member was friendly and helpful, though a bit on the quite side making them a little hard to hear. My kiddo got this Dino creation thing they are currently offering. You can chose from Dinosaur, Unicorn, Martian and a few other things ... and you get a themed cup, scoop of ice cream, sprinkles and a small cookie themed to whichever thing you chose. For the T-rex its a tail with the face being on the cup. This runs $4.19, but with it being a cute concept I didn't mind it as a once and awhile thing. I got a scoop of Oreo cookies & cream in a waffle cone. That is where the cost kind of surprised me because a scoop runs $3.25 and the waffle cone, which got rang up as a waffle bowl tacked on another .99 cents ... So for two ice creams my total ended up being about $9 which I had rounded my total up to $10 because it had given me a tip option. So plan on about $5 a person depending on what you are coming in for! A nice side bonus they had some ice cream cakes ready to take home if you are in a pinch, but I'm sure you can pre-order one if you want a particular design for the ice cream cake fan in your life. read more

I didn't even know there was a Baskin-Robbins this close to us until today! Very nice surprise because we've got a special birthday coming up and I just might come back here for the cake. Today, my kiddo wanted to try the creature creation which is a scoop of ice cream with toppings and whatever themed decor stuck in it. It was just over $4. Not the most I've paid for a scoop of ice cream but probably more than I will pay for a normal, every day treat. I had promised mine a special treat though. The server was friendly and willing to answer any questions. The shop wasn't too busy today, but it is a bit warm at the entrance as the sun was beating straight down. Not that it matters, seating it's closed. There is a bench outside if you want to sit and eat your ice cream though. Good trip! I'm sure we'll be back for a cake soon. read more

So we had just finished dinner at the very nearby Sana Indian Restaurant & Grocery. And while Sana did have a few desert options, including Kulfi bars and Philadelphia Water Ice, none really appealed to us (though I do like the Kulfi bars). We instead walked over to Baskin-Robbins, where I knew flavor options would abound. We were not disappointed. I Had the seasonal pumpkin offering, Thuy had something chocolate. Both were good. I witnessed a employee making a drink, for customer, he had to get on his knees to chip frozen ice cubes from maker installed on floor, sitting next to hot water heater in storage room in full view of all to see. most restaurants have ice machines at higher level. so glad I didn't get the cake roll to serve to guest, it was the worst. it had been many yrs since enjoying one, and this was suppose to be a treat. the ice cream was dried & crystalized, the choc cake was very dried, & all had a strong freezer burnt taste, clearly not freezer wrapped. who knows how long it had been in freezer, I will never go to this business again. $28.99 for old tasting, dried out ice cream cake. read more

Horrible service! Went in to get ice cream for my family. My youngest son has a SEVERE tree nut allergy. When we walked in we were greeted by a gentleman who was trying to help us. I requested Strawberry ice cream for my son. The strawberry that was there was already opened and had already been scooped out of. I requested that a new tub be opened due to my son having a severe nut allergy. The gentleman proceeded to ask his coworker, whom I assume was the manager, her name was KYREE. Under her breath I heard her say - I'm not doing that. As I explained the allergy to her she proceeded to tell me that they rinse, yes I said rinse, the scoops every time they use them. I explained to her that dipping the scoops in water does NOT disinfect the scoops nor does it fix the fact that the scoops that were used on the current open Strawberry ice cream in the case had already been cross contaminated. She proceeded to tell me they did not cross contaminate that they dipped them in water each time. SMDH!!! I also explained to her that this was discrimination to which she replied, I'm not doing that. This is not only dangerous to the customers that you do have who have allergies that come to this facility but also completely disrespectful and rude! I cannot believe Baskin Robbins would allow someone with such horrible customer service skills to not just speak with their customers but also trust this type of employee to service their customers who do have allergies. This is definitely not the the experience I have had in the past at this location. This is absolutely ridiculous and would like to know what will be done about this. read more

One of these days I'm going to try all the flavors here, but it will definitely take a while! There are more than 31 flavors and so far each one I have tried has been excellent. I would recommend coming on a Tuesday night, that's when the ice cream is a bit more affordable. The price is the one reason why I'm knocking off a star. I understand high-quality ice cream warrants a higher price, but several dollars for one cone seems a bit extravagant. However, the quality is certainly outstanding and so is the service. I wish the venue was a little bigger also, but I guess that can't be helped. I definitely would recommend coming by and trying any flavor they have, you can't go wrong! read more

We enjoy Baskin-Robbins, we usually go on Tuesday nights when the scoops are 1.31 and let each of our children get a scoop. The staff are friendly (and it is actually two twin brothers who are usually working, which confused me the first time. Lol) and the ice cream is good.
