Otherwise, I prefer going to Trader Joe's or Stater Brothers for fresh produce and quality seafood and meats . This is the most unfriendly location , which is a shame because most of your customers are probably within a 4 mile radius. The middle aged cashiers lack common courtesy. Not even a smile, eye contact, or a hello . They look miserable and angry all the time . Please don't take it on your customers . Managers if you're reading this and you care , please use Trader Joe's customer service as your guide and template to providing exceptional customer service. I also suggest you adopt Mr. Roger's motto: " Won't you be my neighbor". Another note , ensure your veggie section is fully stocked. When I shop after 7 p.m. the veggie section is half empty. Today, I was looking for non- organic spinach , but there was only wilted one . One positive note tonight . There was young man, maybe a teenager who was sweeping the floor. His name is Yashoua . He noticed that I had a few items I was holding in my hand . He went out of his way to grab a cart for me without even asking. THANK YOU . Your demonstration of kindness, professionalism, and common courtesy goes along ways .

Upon entering you see the infamous self check out carts. Very cool. I unfortunately did not use one because I was only picking up a couple items (and I just wanted to look around). Everything was clean and organized. I especially liked the prepared food area. They had a bakery, salad bar and hot food bar as well as a pizza counter. There were wraps, sandwiches, and all kinds of goodies. I ended up grabbing a meat pizza, buffalo wings, salt and vinegar wings, potato wedges, a salad and a beer. Everything was solid. No complaints here. Expectations for a serve yourself bar is not that high. Although, the salt and vinegar wings were surprisingly good. Reminiscint of the wings at Foodie land in Hawaii. Sitting under the heat lamps did not dry the wings out at all. In fact, they were piping hot and still juicy and tender. Mind you I came in at about 4:40pm. Amazon Fresh is a great grocery store. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area. Side note; since I'm an Amazon Prime member. My receipt was also linked to my email and sent there.

After I found the item, I went back and told him that I had misunderstood him only because the way he said it was very unprofessional and unkind because I am hard of hearing and have difficulty hearing people. His response was, 'l can speak louder, ma'am, which he then said loudly from across the aisle. The way he responded made me feel that he was mocking my hearing impairment rather than trying to communicate with me or assist me. I found the interaction humiliating and inappropriate, particularly after I had specifically disclosed that I am hard of hearing. I would like this interaction formally documented and reviewed.

This was my first time stopping by and I did notice. They had a roasted duck hanging in the corner. If I wasn't in a rush, I totally would have gotten myself a little treat. Normally I stop at H Mart or Zion Mart, but this was a fun treat and side quest with friends! Bonus were my dried fruits snacks that I absolutely love. I can't wait to go back and get more. When I tell you that these things are addicting, I really truly mean it as someone who grew up eating these. There were a few things missing that I was looking for on the selection seemed smaller than what I was hoping for. The veggie section seemed smaller, but if you were looking for Durian, they did have that. Prices were reasonable on the things they did have however. Inside it was definitely a smaller grocery than some of the other others. I'll be back for my snacks maybe not so much for the fruits and veggies.
