I wasn't exactly in the area but I was a few miles away at the gym so I figured I'd pop into this location since the Trader Joe's I normally go to is packed on the weekends and the parking lot is a nightmare. Was just here on Mother's day and picked up this new ube coconut spread which was $10 for 5.8oz. I would say that is expensive. They did let everyone take a carnation flower home on this day. That was nice. This store is always busy on the weekend. The parking is so bad. It can be difficult to get a parking spot on the busy weekends and people take forever to get in their car and leave the parking spot. Lately, I've been noticing how slow the cashiers are and the lines to pay can get pretty long. They really take their time picking items up, scanning and putting items into the bag. There is no sense of urgency at all. It would help to get some faster cashiers or retrain to improve speed, or even add a self check out area.

DeShawn didn't possess the aptitude to address the complaint properly and needs basic management training. Overall, the service just keeps getting worse. The store is very dirty and outdated. The seasonal aisle often features items from Canada which I like. (Tasty products from my childhood.)
