I was in need of last minute graduation preparations and was able to find them here at Albertsons. I highly recommend the giant cookie cakes. Not only was it a hit with everyone, but it was also delicious and affordable. The cupcakes were good too, but everyone preferred the cookie. I was able to find a single strand orchid lei for $22.99. Definitely worth searching here for last minute graduation items as prices are affordable. The service here is always amazing and the store is always clean. There is a Starbucks inside, which is super convenient. Plenty of parking and near other local shops. read more

Albertsons was my childhood grocery store, we'd come to buy all our essentials until we were able to get them at Sam's club or Aldi. However we would still come because of their deli fried chicken deals, grocery sales, item clearances, and the usual Friday deals. The store is usually clean and bright, I love that when you enter you see different decorations depending on the holiday or if it's a Friday deal special. This Albertsons and the Vons share the same coupon specials and weekly deals, so if I can't find it here I'd try the other places! Staff are usually friendly, I've had encountered a few nasty staff making faces and complaining about customers in front of them but since then I haven't seen issues. read more

I always shop here! It's always clean and service is great. However, this specific review is for Roxanne, the floral manager. I was meeting up with my friends to celebrate a birthday lunch and was in a rush to get some floral arrangements for the birthday gal. Stopped into this location when I got a notification about a sale. I'm not used to this floor plan, but was able to find everything I was looking for. The staff was attentive when I needed assistance. Also was given help when asking about their discount items. I appreciated the swiftness of the cashier to get me on my way. I have one small issue on my end, forgot to click something on the app. Customer service was quick and was able to refund me the difference from the price. The only downside was not finding a certain item in stock but, it can be forgiven since it seems like they were a bit shortstaffed. read more

My favorite Store! Good quality, quantity and they have everything I need! It is a little bit higher priced but the quality your getting, I assume is the reason. This is for the security outside the store. On several occasions there was either an encampment of homeless people (like where you exit the store and to the right across from ups), or this morning there were two homeless people in front of the store: one just sitting there and one on a bicycle circling around the entrance and parking lot, scoping the incoming shoppers parking that were leaving their car. I didn't like the feeling of it so I left (you know that feeling that you should get out quick before something really happens?). Normal people just go into the store and get what they need, but this guy was circling around the entrance looking and waiting. Last time I came in, the employee told me to strap my purse to the shopping cart where the babies usually sit because they have already had a few incidents. They should put more security guards in here. If in LA I wouldn't think anything of it, but this is Arcadia so felt out of the ordinary read more

Shopping was fine but once my mother checked out at register 1, the accociate by the name of Josh Attar couldn't get on his cellphone fast enough. Payment had not been processed yet and leaned back, grabbed his phone and ignored her. She asked if she needed to load her own cart? He ignored her, grabbed the receipt and handed it to her. I'm sorry but when I worked for fresh and easy if there was time to lean there was time to clean. Even then, being courteous is something lost on this generation and it is up to management to instill these basic things their parents obviously have not taught them. read more

If you get to a certain point in the parking lot, the car lock up. Unlock the shopping carts. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Senior citizens struggling with their groceries, because you guys are afraid of people walking away with your stupid grocery carts. read more

What happened to the quality of their produce I bought a watermelon and a pineapple this week both were rotten inside apples were bruised produce clerk didn't understand the difference of the tomatoes that he was stocking on the shelf when I asked about the price difference couldn't answer. Im not sure i understand the policy of the store but just want to share my experience cuz i saw many people doing vlog with going to the market, i was just doing my vlog i want to made something that for memory with my first baking experience and going to find my materials to bake and then i met an elder lady she claimed as she works here with her shopping cart and saying i am not allowed to do video or pictures inside of the store its a policy of the store. It's very nice super market. There good deals Friday. They have a star bucks in side the store. The lines short and quick. They got nice associates that work prepared food, and meat section in the back. I can walk up and down not rub in to a lot of people. Only thing I wish they bring back was the wing bar. The buffalo wing bar was awesome. They are in stock with a lot of items. They got a big pharmacy in the store as well. A lot of liquor and beer. read more

I rarely write reviews, but this store has more than earned my praise. Everyone (and I mean eveyone), from the managers to the checkers, the butchers, the deli counter, the bakery, dairy and produce, and the personal shoppers - everyone goes out of their way to please you. I shop in-store and online - both experiences are excellent. The sense of pride that these employees have for their store and their service is exemplary. Additionally, the store is clean, well stocked, and the prices are competitive. If you use the app, there are great discounts available. But the biggest draw for me, is the people. Today I was in the self checkout line and i accidentally didn't see the sign that said around 15 items. I had about 25. The lady working at the self checkout line at around 8:15 pm on 6/03/25 told me and my husband "next time it only 15 items it's on the sign." My husband apologized and I thought that would be the end of that but the lady rudely said "it's on the sign how can you not see it". Excuse me if I just want to purchase my stuff and get out the store. Sorry I didn't see a fricken sign. She should learn not to make side comments about her customers and be more professional. read more

I've been to this Albertson's location here and there for the last 20 years, and it is the average grocery store. There isn't anything that stands out that's particularly good or bad. The shelves are often stocked, and the floors are clean. However, the store has a sad, grey feeling to it. I can imagine hours go by in here - and not in a good way - even though it had only been minutes. read more

I dislike giving bad reviews which is why I'm giving this store two stars instead of one. When they remodeled the store, they decided to take out the bike rack in the front. Why? This decision baffles me because there is still plenty of room for a decent bike rack. In fact, the space where the bike rack was is still there. The only difference is that now it's just empty space. Usually the staff are very accommodating. With no bike rack to lock up the bike, I would bring the bike in the store and would be allowed to leave it someplace out-of-the-way. But yesterday it was different. I was told by an employee that I couldn't bring the bike in the store. Fair enough. But when I told him that there wasn't a bike rack in the front and I didn't want to leave the bike unlocked, he clearly could've cared less. Another employee at customer service was much more helpful, stated she understood my concern, that I was not the only one who had this issue, and that she would speak to the manager. The answer I got was that bikes can be locked "in the front where there's a lot of space." I discovered that what she meant was the holding area for shopping carts in the parking lot, towards the back. I don't mind a little walking and I will lock my bike there from now on. But the whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth, especially after coming to this store for so many years. I know that we live in a very car-centric culture but not all of us can drive or want to drive. Yes, we can lock our bikes in this makeshift fashion, but is it really so hard to provide a bike rack in front of the store? Evidently, management thinks so. read more

Produce is always subpar here and the self check out is a joke. The simplest transaction still requires some sort of swipe from an employee but good luck ever having one acknowledge you. I try and go to Ralph's in Arcadia as much as possible. NEVER have had issues at their self checkout. Even if I did there would always be an employee at the self check out ready to help. read more

I picked up some groceries here the other day, and it was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. Aisles are nice and spacious, produce is fresh and clean, and the workers here are all so helpful and great. I come here to pick up snacks, poultry, and cakes pretty often. Prices have always been amazing and the weekly ads always have great deals. There's also a Starbucks inside. You used to be able to sit (there were a few tables next to the Starbucks) but those have been taken away as it's considered indoor dining. There's also a restroom inside that's small, but clean. Parking lot is huge, as they share the plaza with a few other stores (UPS, Subway, etc). There's always a security guard roaming around the Albertsons at night which makes me feel extra safe! read more

the store is very clean and pretty organized. however, the old woman monitoring the self-checkout area was so rude. my cart was kind of packed but i decided to head to the self-checkout since it would be quicker for me to scan the items and go. this person was a straight-up karen and was like "it's only 15 items or less here..." and points at a sign that's not very apparent. UMMM i've never had this issue at the irvine location nor any other grocery store as they clearly don't get paid enough to care. that's not all though. she also decides to solely monitor me while i'm paying which made me really uncomfortable. i can't believe someone with an attitude and profiling tendencies is even qualified to work here. there are tons of better people who should get the job instead of this person. this location really needs to train their employees better or they're going to keep losing customers. read more

PRO: This is the only large grocery store within three miles, though a Grocery Outlet has opened across the street. The store also has a Starbucks, a bank, and automated lottery, video rental, and coin exchange machines. They have a large parking lot, a public restroom, and the store is generally clean. CON: This store was once staffed by friendly and competent employees, which made shopping here a generally positive experience--from cashiers to the butcher and the deli all the waybto the baggers and the managers. But in my last several visits this seems to no longer be the case. Employees are regularly distracted, or are inexplicably curt, as if theyve been offended or otherwise do not want me (or people who look like me? Since they don't actually know me) in their store. Though unpleasant, this can be avoided at self-checkout and only really becomes a problem at the in-person checkout where direct interaction becomes unavoidable. read more

Not as much variety as the Alhambra/Montebello location also smaller then the two. Clean and well stocked. We got followed around by staff and secret shoppers, made it very uncomfortable to shop and annoying. But this is my closest location, so I hope they get used to seeing me and stop profiling me. read more

This Albertsons is usually pretty busy throughout the day unless you go early in the morning around 7am. They have plenty of parking and I do like that their parking spaces are wide. Selection and stock levels is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get lucky and they have the stock. Sometimes the shelf is empty of the item you were planning on getting and when you ask an associate when they'll be getting their next shipment, they never can answer that for you. I usually have a great experience when I use self checkout. But I tried their cashier line recently because all self checkout registers were full and there was no line for the cashier. I only had a few items and the customer before me had a whole cart full. The cashier Diana was very friendly toward the client before me, telling her all about how much her dad is a flirt and that it annoys her so much. I thought great, I love friendly cashiers. My turn to checkout and I smile and say hello, how are you. No response, just scans my items and puts them in a plastic bag. I punch in my phone number in the keypad for my account to be input and use my card and let her know, I have my own bag. She drops her face and stares at me. No words, just stares at me for a long time and finally throws her arms in the air like "what do you want me to do" but no words. I don't understand why the negative attitude when she clearly has such a friendly attitude to everyone else. If this location can input more self checkout machines to replace employees like Diana, it would really improve the shopping experience. read more

I did self checkout and the promotions did not apply. The lady there was no help ad she tells me to call the 800 number to get my app fixed. She was not rude, but she was 100% not helpful or friendly. The manager had to take me to a register to scan for things to work.
