What made the experience even more frustrating was watching another couple walk into the restaurant and be seated immediately at the exact table we had been waiting for. Despite bringing the situation to the restaurant's attention, nothing was done to address it. Good customer service is about communication, fairness, and making guests feel valued. Unfortunately, our experience fell short in all of those areas. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this restaurant, especially if there is a wait.
