This is one of my favorite fast-casual restaurants to go to when I am in search of comfort food. My favorite item is their Alaeddin wrap or their turkey wrap. Their cold cuts are so fresh! Their service is quick, and they're always willing to make exceptions and take special instructions. Today, as a returning customer, I placed my pickup order online while driving there. Afterward, I called in to let them know I'll be dining in instead. They were easily able to adjust my take out order to a dine-in order. For a bunch of youngins running the show, they're doing a great job. *Make sure you tip generously.* If I remember correctly, they're also open on holidays, which is great! First thing- this place has the cleanest pizza oven I have ever seen. I posted a picture of the back of my half eaten slice of pizza and there is not one speck of black! That is the sign of a VERY CLEAN pizza oven! I had never eaten here before and they are a two minute drive from my home. My friend told my husband that since today was his birthday he can get a birthday pizza for free! So we ordered and went to go pick it up. Staff was SUPER FRIENDLY! I used to go to their previous location, the food was great till they moved to paterson and I stopped going. I recently tried their Clifton location twice and both times the food was perfect. I love their French fries and the popcorn chicken is pretty good too. Their pizza is always great and the halal topping options are the best part. The personal buffalo chicken pizza will fill that craving you have. Their sandwiches are perfect and come with the most tasty fries! Amazing place, I love coming here for a quick bite to eat, They have the best buffalo chicken pizza i ever had and i til this day keep coming back for more. The subs and sandwiches are always on point, like the chicken parm,the honey chicken wrap, buffalo chicken wrap, chicken caesar wrap. I am also a big fan of their cheese burgers which you have to tell them to make well done. The fries that come with the meals are actually amazing too. The pizza slices are actually amazing and this place comes with plenty of variety and has plenty of specials too. They also have fried chicken which is pretty decent. Am reviewing for there burgers. They are so very cheap. There burger cost $10 I expected a respectful burger. The meat turned out thin as a paper!!! The bun is not a burger bun it's a big roll that's twice big as the meat patty. The cheese is white American cheese even smaller then the burger it self. When you order a cheese burger you expect the cheese yellow not white, No flavor at all. I order so many halal cheese burgers in Paterson this place is the cheapest ever. read more

I hope it has changed by now but I still remember going a few years back and dealing with some rude staff. Went with a few friends to pick up an order of 2 large pizza's and the staff, possibly the cook or manager came out of the kitchen and yelled at us that my gf cant lean on my knee in there while waiting for the order. Didn't help the fact that they were already giving us the stare and looked pissed off once we got there. (Reminds me of when I was deployed back in the Mid-East and we were out in the city. We would just get that stare of hatred by mostly everyone.) Still remember that moment till this day. If I knew then, what I know now, I would have given them a few words and left the order. I understand if something inappropriate was happening, but that wasn't the case. Or at least ask politely but don't yell. We were a small group of friends picking up food so we can have a movie night right after graduating high school, we were even whispering at the place so that we wont seem loud because there was no one at the place. Go find yourself a different place unless you want your table filled up with Restaurant Depo meats and fries. They charge you 3-4% extra if you pay with your credit card and most interestingly there is no such warning for customers. They literally steal your money because unless you request your receipt, they will not give it to you. I think it is only because they don't want you to see the details of the order (them stealing your money with additional charges. I don't recommend it to eat a clean food, run from there. read more

The food is great! We have tried to find a good pizza place around the area with a variety of other foods. We ordered food right after a snow storm and not only did the food get to us hot but they ran out of iced tea so the man who delivered it first explain and went down the street to get the drinks for us. One of my favorite places in the area! I've been a customer for years now, and I've been getting food regularly from them for a while now. Half of the time I walk in now, they just take a look at me and bring out my order before I can even remind them what it was LOL. Service here is great; the guys are really nice. They're quick to take your order and get your food out just as quickly. Between myself and my family, we tried most of their menu and whatever we get, it's always really good. It's nice having this place here, especially with it being halal and offering so much. The prices are great for what you get. Even just going in for a slice or two of pizza is worth it because they give such big slices! They even offer a free large pizza for your birthday, what could be better than that?? Over the summer, I stopped in here with one of my friends for a bite to eat. It was pretty hot outside so we decided to sit in the back room which had an air conditioner. We both ordered mozzarella sticks as our appetizers and they were pretty good. My friend, Florence, ordered fried chicken with a side order of fries. While I chose to get the chicken parmigiana (it was cooked very well). We both enjoyed our meals and the nice quiet atmosphere of the restaurant. I would definitely consider going back the next time she visits! This place SUCKS! I called in for a birthday pizza Jan 2018 on a Sunday. My birthday was on the following Tuesday. I was told I have to place my order online only they can't take phone orders as they have a company that handles orders for them. Ok...fair enough. I placed my order online for pick up on the next day Monday at 4:45pm. Online it says $1.08 due at pick up. Thought it was free? I had plans on the Tuesday that is my birthday that didn't include being in the butt end of Paterson. I went there on Monday at the correct time getting dirty looks from the Arab staff inside sitting around in customer chairs. The guy at the counter was some blue-eyed,Lebanese-looking guy staring me down as I entered as if saying, what the hell are you doing in here. I produced my ID, which shows next dat as my day, and he denies me the pizza saying,"I have to pick it up on my birthday". "That's why it's called a birthday pizza". I told him I had a flyer I left at home saying I could pick it up before my birthday. In fact, it never said anywhere that you had to actually pick it up ON YOUR BIRTHDAY! He says something to another guy in there in that...language, then says to me,"no bro it's only on your birthday". Now I ordered it online so you know the pizza was sitting there ready, yet this prick denied me it. I have a mailed out brochure FROM them stating EXACTLY,"Go to www.ALAEDDINS.com to claim your FREE PIZZA at any given time before the day of your birthday"(end quote). Also it says in fine print,"*when you pick up your large cheese pizza pie, show employee at the register your valid ID or Birth Certificate. You will NOT be asked to pay anything and you will receive your large cheese pizza pie for FREE"(end quote). So...it was a bunch of lies. It wasn't free, nor could I pick it up prior to my birthday. I had planned to get some Halal chicken wings,and Hummus which would have put me out $25+ bucks extra. They lost it. Dirty looks, unfriendly attitude, and lying advertisement. I WILL NOT be back.
