Menu items. The food wasn't that great. The service was OK. It was kind of a Lebanese expensive sports bar. I had the lamb salad. The was like they pulled the greens and piled them in one corner of the plate, the a few slices of tomatoes in another corner, olives in another corner and finally the lamb on top. It looks pretty but messy when you try to cut it up and eat it.

I went on Sat between lunch and dinner. Nobody was there hardly and the service was very good and fast. As I ate, then left, ppl started coming in. The food was great, lots of vegetarian options! A little salty for me, I expect that with Mediterranean food though. Just glad to get something that I can't have where I live (in Lexington, KY). Good ambience with cool decorations.

I visited here with some friends for a Sunday lunch and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the service was on point. I never had to ask for a refill and the venue was clean. There weren't many people around so it was nice having a quiet place to chat with friends. You definitely get your money's worth... there is a lot of food here in the portions. Big fan.

This place was one of very few that were open on Easter Sunday, during the COVID-19 pandemic, no less. For that, I am grateful. Dolmas (they call them Dawali) weren't good at all (to me). The grape leaves were too tough and they lacked flavor. The hummus was good; the baba ghanoush, however, was phenomenal. Falafel was pretty good on its own, but once you slap on some hummus and baba g, then wrap it in the pita and drizzle their homemade hot sauce atop, it becomes delicious. Spicy Cauliflower was delicious, but on no planet would they be considered spicy. Like, not even by a long shot. Fortunately for me, I bought side orders of their homemade hot sauce and dipped the flowers in there. Now it's a party! They give you tons of pita bread with your order, so no worries in that regard. My main complaint is that some things were overpriced. For what they charge for the non-spicy cauliflower, I expected twice the portion. When I went in to get my carry out order, I noticed that they had vegan desserts on display. I already had dessert from elsewhere so I didn't get to try any of them, but it was great to see them being offered.

We mainly enjoyed our experience here last night. The restaurant itself is a nice, clean establishment with a spacious dining room and huge windows overlooking the strip mall parking lot and surrounding Oakley neighborhood. The waitstaff were completely attentive and friendly, always making the rounds to every table when serving orders. The food for the most part was extremely tasty. We savored the hummus, baba ganoush, tabouli and fatayer veggie appetizers. The tahini, garlic and spicy sauces made for great condiments too. But unfortunately, there were a couple major culinary missteps that put a bit of a damper on the meal. The falafel, while incredibly flavorful, was hella salty. I found myself trying to rehydrate right up til bedtime. Finally, the lamb in the Mediterranean dish was charred to a crisp. That was a total dealbreaker for me. Even the delicious spiced rice couldn't hide the burnt flavor of the meat. So disappoint.... I kinda (hopefully) chalk this to a one-off experience. Definitely will give this place another try based on the comfortable atmosphere, fine service and array of meal options. We also forgot to leave room in our stomachs for some of the plethora of desserts from a large display case by the front counter. Besides, there aren't that many Mediterranean options in the area anyways.

I went to Hyde Perk and noticed that there was another Aladdin's restaurant, so I decided to check it out, and it was defiantly worth it. The place is very comfortable and welcoming. Calm atmosphere with friendly staff who make your visit even better. The waitress was very kinda, cheerful and attentive. I ordered a the Great Lakes beer, and it was better than anticipated. I would of love to see some Mediterranean beers on the menu but the had a good variety. To eat we got the Alibaba pizza and the Shish kabob plate. Both were extremely delicious, the Shish came with a hot sauce that was the best spicy sauce I've had. This places is a must try, I will go back!

Waiting for our take out order

First time here so we just got some basic stuff. A beef kebab, a lamb kebab and a a dessert sampler. We got the order to go and the wait wasn't too bad even though it was Sunday dinner time when we came in. The portions were well sized for the price and the food was delicious. I cant stop raving about the baklava. I grew up in a Greek Neighborhood in Queens, NY and my spouse is from a Greek family. So we are both spoiled by some really good baklava in our life. But I can honestly say this is some of the BEST baklava I've had in a long time. It was not overly drenched in honey and it was so well balanced with the phyllo dough still being nice and flakey.

After a Great Clips haircut, on the recommendation of the stylist, I tried it out, was very impressed. Been there many times since, never been disappointed. I've since moved to Liberty Twp. but the Phoenician still beckons. Had dinner last night there with my wife. It was a wonderful experience. I felt it was high time I wrote them up. We started with an excellent double-hop IPA and a great Lebanese red wine, I think it was called Kefraya. Gonna seek it out locally, maybe at Jungle Jim's. As always, the pita bread is fresh, oven-hot and delectable. The shankleen appetizer is outstanding, a lovely fusion of greens, lentils, feta cheese, olive oil and spices. Wife ordered schwirma - slow-grilled combo of sliced chicken alongside sliced beef and lamb. The waiter obligingly substituted a side of couscous for rice, no extra charge. I had a braised shank of lamb in a rich tomato sauce. Both entrees were delicious. As always, the portions were very generous, so we took food home along with complimentary fresh pita bread. Besides the great food, the service is superb. The owner makes a point of stopping at each table to ensure that the diners are happy. We look forward to our next visit.

Finally she made reservations for Saturday evening (it is recommended because they get super busy). We got there and was greeted by the owner. BTW, was very down to earth. So their menu looked good (Lebanese food). There is so much to choose from and hard to decide. I especially loved their drink menu, especially wines. We ended up ordering: Appetizers: Baba ghannouge M'hammara Taverna falafel Dinner: Shawarma chicken Kebab mixed grill Drinks: Chateau kefraya, Les Bretches Almaza Pilsner My favorite from the appetizers is the eggplant and falafel! Super fresh and the bread that came with it was so good. Even the dipping sauce was amazing. My Shawarma chicken was super delish. You have to put the garlic butter on the rice! It gives it great flavor. My Mr enjoyed his meal as well. We definitely had to get a to go box because there was so much food. But we will look forward the next day to eat it. Overall, the service was great and I loved the experience. We can see ourselves coming back for more! I can see why my best friend loves it here! Highly recommend you try it.

The menu was not very intuitive w/ clear descriptions. My food came with my choice of bbq sauce which clearly had just been removed from the fridge because it was jelled and very cold. The baked beans were something totally else. I feel the entire business model in that space is very confusing. It's BBQ on Wed-Fri during lunch, Greek in the evenings during week and a Steak House on weekends. I feel the About Page could describe their business model better. The service was good. The drinks from the bar were crafted well and presented nicely. We ordered quite a bit of food to try off the menu. The pork and fish skewers were flavorful! I do wish the pork was cooked a bit longer to give it a crispy outside. The Farrotto had a nice crunch with each taste and was a little cheesy. The pappardelle with rabbit was very good as well, it had a rich flavor. The trout was a bit fishy for my liking. The short ribs were cooked very well, but I was not a huge fan of the sauce it came with. The lamb ribs had a nice flavor, but I thought was a little overcooked. I think my favorite had to have been the pasta/grain dishes. I do like that they rotate the menu so there is always something new. Great ambiance and decorated well inside!

Made it out here last night before seeing Pericles at Cincinnati Shakespeare Company. We ordered a couple waters, which we didn't realize would be bottled, and some dawali to start. The wait was very short, maybe ten minutes. These were definitely the best stuffed grape leaves I've had, with a sweet and tangy sauce. Nice light appetizer. For our entrees, she chose the falafel platter, and I went for the Arayes, which is a dish we've made a couple times at home recently and has become a favorite. These plates arrived only a minute or two after we finished the grape leaves, so perfect timing. I must say, everything looked incredible. We both took a bite of falafel, then the arayes, then the salad. Everything was very undersalted. Usually, I think of this as a huge strike against a restaurant, but once we added salt to everything, the flavors popped. It wasn't that the food was bland or unseasoned, it was just undersalted, which didn't help the flavors stand out. This is the main reason I did 4 stars instead of 5. The entrees were $18, and came with a big bed of rice and salad, but I felt the protein for each platter was a bit sparse: 5 falafel for the plate, and 5 arayes, which had a very thin patty of meat in each. Both were topped with a delicious cilantro-tahini (I think) sauce, that i would have liked a bit more of, for the sides and the arayes which were on the bottom. The water bottles were $1.50 each, so I'd probably bring our own next time, but that's not a big deal. Overall, most of my issues are small and nitpick except for the salt, so if that was nailed next time, I think this place would be a home run.
