One of the best tasting food I ever had. The kadai is a MUST! The garlic naan is so good too. Get the chicken masala kadai, you will not be disappointed.

Mango lassi

I had the chicken byriani and mango lassi here. The food tasted home cooked and the resturant gave that aura as well as it seemed that the place is family owned/ran. It's solid food with big helpings. I'd recommend coming here.

You're greeted at the door, and the waitstaff asks if there are any questions. My recent favorite is saag paneer because you can taste the ginger, and it has a nice texture that pairs well with naan or rice. I usually go with a group, and we each order an entree and share, so there is variety. My friends liked the shrimp tikka, and it wasn't too spicy. Looking forward to our next meal at Taj.

Both times I went there was a fully equipped bar downstairs but both times we were never given a drinks menu. I was looking forward to a cocktail since I saw some on their website, but I'm not going to order a fancy cocktail if I'm not given the drinks menu at the restaurant. We asked for a glass of wine and a beer instead, but that can also be risky (especially with wine) when you don't know what the price will be. I don't understand why the drinks menu isn't automatically handed out with the food menu. They had some beer taps, but as a beer person I can say the Hefeweizen was definitely off. Old, flat, darker in color than normal. The food was just ok, not bad, but nothing to ever come back for, especially at $20 for a couple of pieces of chicken and a side of rice. Service was also just ok. So quiet that it was hard for me to understand what was being said to me. No facial expressions, no words that would make us feel welcome and wanted there as guests. Third time might be the charm but I'll pass.

Anything you want. Ok dad, I'll place the order for Curry Club at SĀGHAR. You'll order for me? Dad, I got you. I walk inside to a large restaurant. There's a buffet and very large bar. The hostess greets me as I give her my name for the pick up order. I get home and my son is explaining the dish to me. Dad, first? Basket of Naan - Plain naan, onion kulcha, and garlic naan This is in a large bag, I'm told to rip a piece off the garlic naan. Next, I open my dish. The Chicken Tikka Masala. The C.T.M. is a dish of boneless chicken simmered in a creamy tomato gravy with a succulent flavor of fenugreek. Fenugreek?! I'm told to take a scoop of the Basmati Rice and put it on the side. So far, easy peasy! I'm a pro at Indian cuisine! Now, dip the Garlic Naan in your sauce, grab a piece of chicken and dig in. What in the sweet mother load did I just experience?! The sauce is so flavorful and the naan? Where have you been all my life?? We're talking, laughing and just enjoying our lunch. From the tasty different Naan to the deelish Chicken Tikka Masala, I'm a fan at this point. I still don't know what Fenugreek is but I think I like it. Fan!

The flavor profile of every dish was on point. We started with the samosa chaat which are fried flaky pastry balls of potato and peas topped with spiced onions and chickpeas. They were served with a sweet sauce as well as a spicier creamy sauce. Both were good. We loved the sweet sauce. The shamis were patties of the beef and chicken mixed with lentils and spices and cooked with an egg. The lotus crepe was filled with cookie butter and strawberries and topped with more cookie butter and a biscoff cookie We cannot wait to come back here. All the dishes resonated well with us and the staff was friendly and helpful in us deciding on our dishes.

Seasoned and spiced perfectly with the fluffy texture of the puri, so so so yummy. I would definitely recommend having the Aloo bujia because without it, the breakfast will not be complete. The Aloo, channa and the beef haleem were perfectly balanced and not too overpowering with their flavors. The Beef haleem hit the spot! With the hot fluffy, and a little crispy naan. They complemented each other very well and if you want a little tang to it, you can add on the extra garlic and onions with it.
