Basket of Naan - Plain naan, onion kulcha, and garlic naan This is in a large bag, I'm told to rip a piece off the garlic naan. Next, I open my dish. The Chicken Tikka Masala. The C.T.M. is a dish of boneless chicken simmered in a creamy tomato gravy with a succulent flavor of fenugreek. Fenugreek?! I'm told to take a scoop of the Basmati Rice and put it on the side. So far, easy peasy! I'm a pro at Indian cuisine! Now, dip the Garlic Naan in your sauce, grab a piece of chicken and dig in. What in the sweet mother load did I just experience?! The sauce is so flavorful and the naan? Where have you been all my life?? We're talking, laughing and just enjoying our lunch. After checking their facebook I found that they do a dinner buffet on Thursdays and figured it'd be the best way to try out multiple dishes. From the moment I walked in I was met with the kindest smiles and felt like I was being treated like family. Sometimes in a small setting, I can get a little uncomfortable but here I could feel so much love and warmth that it felt like I was sitting at a big family dinner. And what a dinner it was, not only was it the comforting meal I was looking for but every dish I tried was better then the next.
