Every time I come to this location, there hardly anything in the men's section which is a shame because I love shopping at thrift stores. My mom on the other hand always be finding different clothes at a great price and with her being a senior citizen, she always gets even more saving with them offering discount for senior citizens. read more

I came here recently for the first time. The location is well organized and clean. I found a few pieces and a pair of shoes. The prices were reasonable on most things. This location does not have bags so that is kind of odd. They have reusable bags for sale ... like Aldi! lol Overall, this is a cool Goodwill location. I enjoyed coming here and plan to visit again when I'm in the area again. read more

Generally, I love shopping at Goodwill stores, but I'm not so sure about this location. The pricing seems to be haphazard particularly in the home-goods section. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of what I saw the other day, but several items were priced @ $2.99 and $3.99 in home-goods, and then I saw a plastic to-go soup container (like the ones you receive in Chinese restaurants) priced with a $2.99 sticker also. The only positive thing I can say is at least the container looked clean. Too bad, because I love the location of the store and I love Goodwill. read more

Great customer service always. Great selection of inventory, great prices, and clean facility.

My husband tried to donate 12 garbage bags worth of items, clothes and home goods. The worker was extremely rude and looked at one bag and saw some dog hair (that had accumulated on one garment in the top of the bag while we had spent a couple of weeks putting together our mass donation) and said we can't accept anything with pet hair, if there's some it'll be on everything. She didn't make any effort to look or be helpful. My husband tried to explain and she just ignored him, and told him he can go wash everything then bring it back. 12 garbage bags will now go to a dumpster because of an incompetent worker. read more

This location has a great selection, clean store and we were greeted by a very friendly cashier.

The store was clean, but the selection was much to be desired. There were several items that were so over priced, I feel bad for people that didn't just go to Walmart and purchase it for the same price brand new. Goodwill is known for their nicer selection, but I feel that this location could use an overhaul. read more

I love goodwill and when they decided to come to Brook Highland I was so excited. Don't get me wrong they have great stuff and staff but my ONLY complaint, is the bathroom. Every time I go I always use the restroom to wash my hands before I leave and 1. The floor is always covered it dirt, not sure when was the last time they mopped. 2. There is NEVER toilet paper or hand towels available. and 3. There is always atleast 1 stall OOS. I hate to be the one to call the manager about it, I always just mention it to any associate I see close by and just get told "okay". I really hope this issue is eventually fixed. read more

No returns offered meanwhile every other Goodwill does. Prices are grossly overpriced. Its disgusting they hang used underwear for 4.99 because its Polo...I didn't even know you could sell used underwear. They try to sell shirts with stains pilled and pulled for $20 when they used to sell it for 4.99. I was willing to help out by shopping at Goodwill because their prices were resonable. If a shirt had a stain or pull you would just donate it back for $4 or $5. They sell tables that I'd be embarrassed to give for free. They just lost me as a customer. They get this stuff for free and have quadrupled the markup on all these items. Make sure you look at your reciepts and make sure your walking out with what you bought. Instead of helping the people of the community in these times they are stealing from the people. You could do better at Marshalls where you can get all new clothing and you can return it if doesn't fit probably for less then what you'll pay at this store. read more
