Local dry cleaning shop that does a great job! I love that there is text message notification of when your items are ready. Be sure to keep the drop off paper slip in your car or take a picture of it for pick up later. Price is reasonable and we've had no issues. It is what it is people. Loyal customer since March 2013. I should've learned my lesson 4 years ago! ( see previous review) The hours are incorrect on Yelp, but I already knew that. So, on 8/17/24, I showed up at 4:53, and the lights were out, and the doors were locked. I knocked loudly, and called them=no answer. I called their corporate office ( +1 (702) 798-7333 ) and a very nice young man answered and put me on hold, as he was trying to reach this branch. He told me no one was answering, but that closing early was " ridiculous", and I agreed. He said he'd try to get a hold of a manager to get my clothes to me, but I've heard nothing. I appreciate him trying. So, now I can't get the clothes until Monday after work since you're no longer open on Sundays, either. I'd write up that employee for closing and leaving early if I were you. read more

Worst dry cleaning experience in 25 years. Dropped a brand new designer jacket to have a button sewed on and dry cleaned. The cleaning lost all of the rest of the buttons. The regional manager refused to replace the jacket and said they would replace the buttons, then sat on the jacket not doing anything for two weeks. The regional manager refused to take or return any calls. Hopefully others heed this warning and look for a company with more integrity. Really disgusting display of customer service. read more

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Several occasions I ask for buttons to be sowed on or small repairs on shirts. The clothes come back nothing has been done and on top if that they charged for service they did not complete. There is a mgr there named Angie, she has the worst attitude and talks down to her employees. Rest assured I will never go back to that cleaners again. AVOID! So Thursday 02-13-25 @ 4:24PM I dropped off a small cleaning order of one suit and the accompanying shirt. The worker was a white blonde female and she was nice enough but when I told her I wanted to pay then and there, she basically wouldn't let me. I thought that odd as the first time I went there, about 6 or so months ago? They basically MADE me pay when I dropped off the clothes. Whatever, I at least wanted to know how much it was going to be when I came back since they have stickers all over the place saying "if you are paying cash, please provide us the smallest amount of bills" to reduce giving large amounts of change. The lady helping me didn't know, so she asked the aloof lady sitting in the back (a darker haired younger looking lady) how much it would be. She told the worker clear enough so that I could hear it "$20 for the suit and $4.34 for the shirt, so $24.34." The lady working the register repeated verbatim what the darker haired lady said and THEN I REPEATED back to the lady at the register at least once "Ok, so it'll be $24.34, $20 for the suit and $4.34 for the shirt?" She confirmed that, gave me my claim ticket, and away I went. She also told me it should take about a day. No problem, I wasn't in a rush. The lady on the register was obviously off and in a rush, because while I went to another business in the parking lot, I saw the blonde lady get in her car and drive off. Hence, the resistance to letting me pay that day I'm guessing. I got a text the next day at 2:31 PM advising me my order was ready. I had some errands to do first, so I didn't make it in to the cleaners until just before 5:00 PM. That same darker haired younger lady was the only worker I could see and she promptly came over to the register to assist me. I provided my telephone number and she retrieved my order. I put my $24.34 on the counter for her in exact change, because of being told by two people how much it would be and trying to help them with giving out minimal change, I provided the exact amount down to the penny. I was shocked when she told me the amount was $27.52! I told her there must be a mistake, that when I dropped off the order, I was told $24.34. She just stared into oblivion and didn't address me. I know it's just a small amount, so I started to get out my money and stopped and I said, "you know, I KNOW that i was told $24.34." Again with the blank stare of oblivion and no response. I didn't want to escalate things, you know how people are with calling police and although not a rush job, I didn't want to risk not having my clean suit and shirt for an upcoming wedding. I saved both the claim ticket (unfortunately, it doesn't specify the pay amount) and the receipt. The receipt is itemized so it says the suit jacket is $15.00, the pants are $8.09 and the shirt is...wait for it, $4.34. So, it's clear, when the darker haired younger lady said $20 for the suit, that was a mistake, because clearly, she remembered the shirt was $4.34. I'm not pissed about the mix-up. It happens. But I'm upset about A) the lack of customer service, when a customer is repeatedly letting you know you were told a different pay amount and you just stand there like an idiot instead of saying ANYTHING. And B) Basically lying. C) and of course that's the bottom line. But as we all know because most of us have worked in business in multiple positions, that this wasn't the way to handle a customer with an issue. By looking at the ratings not only of THIS AL PHILLIPS but the other locations here in the vegas valley, they obviously don't care if they lose customers because there are ALOT of other cleaning businesses that have FAR better ratings. And you can tell by my history that I'm not just some rando that created this account to troll this business. Again, it's not that there was a mixup and I had to pay $3.18 more than I was told. There wouldn't have been an issue had I been told that up-front. At the VERY minimum, the darker haired lady should have told me "you know, I remember you and the price I told you. I apologize for the mixup, but I have to charge you the higher amount or I'll get in trouble." Ok whatever, I'm done with this review and I'm done with this place. I doubt anyone at their company will see this or care that it exists. I'd drive 10 miles further for a good dry cleaners. read more

Very disappointed in the customer service & the quality of cleaning. I dropped off my versace sweater that had a gold versace pin attached, when I picked up my items the gold pin was missing & the sweater was poorly cleaned there was still lint all over it. I asked where the pin was since it was marked on the ticket "gold Versace pin" they said they needed several days to see if they could locate it, they never did. They told me they would purchase & new pin for my sweater when I tried to explain that it was attached they kept saying well the sweater is fine. They purchased a new pin for me that was all they were willing to do. I went today to pick it up not a real pin. Very disappointing, the lady didnt even bother to apologize. I dropped a bag full of designer clothing including my work suits and Burberry jacket over two weeks ago and never received a phone call for pick-up, which was odd. I came in on my own today to check on the status and to my surprise there is nothing to be found. The woman with the short blond hair that is usually at the front register acted as though I was lying about dropping my items. I explained to her that she was the one who took my clothes and to please help me. She casually poked through the orders in the back and said "yep, nothing here." When I use a service like this, I expect my belongings to be cared for. There was ZERO care and now I'm having to deal with their corporate office. I've never commented on terrible service. This place was terrible to me. The customer service by the employee(s) was awful each time. The employees/manager/owner were awful to me. I had a bad experience each time. I used them four times because of the convenience of the location. I now drive to Southern Highlands to my previous dry cleaners. On my last visit, the owner told me that my ONE button down shirt was there too long. When I made it down to pick up my one shirt, I explained that I had two little ones (children) that were immunocompromised and I wanted to wait until I had someone that was able to watch them so I didn't have to bring them in. She told me to just throw them in the car and get down next time to get my shirt in a timely manner. I would give 0 stars is possible. When my boyfriend and I moved this summer, we took our clothes that needed dry cleaning to Al Phillips the Cleaner in Henderson. In this bunch was my purple coat that had collected quite a bit of dog fur and one of the buttons (top left if you're looking at the coat) was coming loose. We asked for dry cleaning on all of them, and I requested that they tighten up the thread on that single button. Well, since that was back in July I didn't exactly have a need to put on that heavy coat until it started cooling down in the LV Valley this week. I put it on this morning, got in my car and noticed a weird shiny thing resting on my leg. I think it's a weird piece of thread or paper or something that I had picked up on my way out of the house. Nope. What did I find? A NEEDLE. STILL ATTACHED TO THE THREAD ON THE LOWER RIGHT BUTTON. ???????? Who leaves a needle and thread still attached to the coat!?!??!! I'm lucky to not have been stabbed by it. Also, what part of "this ONE button needs tightening" is not clear? The middle right button is also now sewn on by a HOT PINK thread with the ends sticking out like a mess. It's a dark purple coat. Not to mention the bill was absolutely outrageous for subpar (understatement of the year) service. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This place is pure garbage. read more

For fluff and fold laundry, it's $1.79 a pound, with a 5 pound minimum. For each of my shirts, they cost about $2.50 or so which was very reasonable. What's interesting was that the lady even told me that it might be cheaper to go to a laundromat. That was actually nice because although I didn't have time to wait at a laundromat, it was great that the service would recommend something against their own and be more concerned about the budget of the customer. I don't have complaints about the actual cleaning except that they are very, very expensive. This is true even after they told me they gave me a 10% discount. My big complaint is about the health protocols there. When I dropped off my mom's suit, the lady behind the counter was not wearing a mask. I should have walked out but thought perhaps it was just an oversight on her part. When I picked up, however, that same lady was not wearing a mask either. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Even though the location is convenient for me, I will find another dry cleaner. Such a shame that they don't seem to care about their own or their customers' well-being. read more

Dropped off custom tux to be dry cleaned. Picked up next day and pocket square was missing. The female working said there was never a pocket square insinuating I was lying. Got a text a couple hours after pick up that they found my cuff links and they would hold for pick up. So not only is pocket square missing my cuff links were not returned upon pick up either. Will not be using this cleaner again. Will go out of my way for better service and customer care. Should have checked Yelp prior to using this business. read more

This place is terrible!!! Don't go!! Employees are unprofessional and rude!!! My husband turned in about 10 dress shirts and when I went to pick them up the total was over $60!!!! So I politely said, "oh there must be some kind of mistake". The scruffy woman who smelled of cigarettes barked back, "there's no mistake!" So I again asked well it just doesn't add up...so the she explained that 4 of the shirts were linen so they charge $7.20 for those. They never told us that when we dropped them off that they were going to charge $7.20 per item. Then while still there I examined the shirts & 2 of them had stains all over the front of them. Long story short...they never tried to work with me, offer a discount....nothing!! No customer service at all!!! NEVER GOING BACK! read more
