I see some other people saying it is cash only, so apparently that policy has changed. The washer was delivered on time for free. Simple and easy. The washer started to have some problems with the spin cycle within three months, but due to all the drama with COVID-19 and shelter-in-place, I just didn't get around to calling about it until 6 months had passed. I always procrastinate on things like this because they always become a giant hassle. I am happy to say that this was NOT AT ALL the case with Sanchez Appliance. When I called, I said that it was beyond the warranty, but asked if they would look at it anyways. The answer was yes, and to send a picture of the receipt. I did and was contacted the next day to make an appointment for someone to come look at it. The repair person arrived ON TIME and quickly assessed the situation, told me what was wrong and said he would have to talk to the owner and get back to me. Very polite and professional. The problem was that a spring or bracket that held the tub in place was broken. I got a call later that day saying that they'd like to pick up the washer and fix it at their shop and they'd charge $40 for parts. I felt that was very fair since it was beyond their warranty. The next day they arrived ON TIME (within a 1 hour window they'd given me) and quickly hauled off the washer. That afternoon I got a call saying it was done and asking when they could return it. They returned it also exactly within the 1 hour window they'd given me. Installed, tested and left with a check for $40. I've now run two loads through it and it is definitely fixed. Before it would always get out of balance in the spin cycle and bang loudly, regardless of the load. I've washed a mattress pad (larger item that sometimes will get out of balance) and sheets and it has been completely quiet and normal on spin. I was completely dreading having to deal with this situation, but the whole interaction was so easy and seamless. And I'm grateful that they were so nice to work with despite the warranty being expired. And they were on-time which I so very much appreciate.

We wanted a new Bosch, but everyplace we checked either (1) didn't actually stock dishwashers (they were in a "central warehouse" and had to be shipped) or (2) were backordered for months -- even the online retailers. We stopped by Pearson's on a lark (first time in the store) and found exactly the model we wanted --that was backordered everywhere else -- for the same price that HD had it at (with a months long delivery time). The entire transaction took less than 30mins and in even less time, we had it loaded up and ready to transport home. By nightfall, we had a working dishwasher self-installed. Woohoo! This is not a fancy store with shiny displays. What they have is appliances in stock in the back-warehouse... which is what we needed. We were assisted right away at an appropriate, simple "Can I help you with anything" level (not pushy or bait/switch). Samsung washing machine refused to do its job; not even pretending to do its job, the ghastly…read moresilence after hitting the 'wash' button was frustrating. The technician Peter (name is a somewhat vague recollection) supplied by Appliance Worx, made quick work of removing the skin of the washer down to its guts to diagnose the washer's illness. I was fairly convinced that the water pump (or whatever it is called in a clothes washer) had failed. Peter determined that it was the impeller (reverse of a propeller, moves the water OUT of the washer) which had encountered and chewed on a combo of rubber bands and hair (? cat) which lodged in its craw and paralyzed it. Likely, a cat toy from the occupants and their feline friends. I appreciated the fact that the technician COULD HAVE easily hoodwinked me into paying for a water pump replacement (2x+ the repair bill) , but instead took the honest path and cleared the obstruction then quickly and expertly reassembling the disemboweled washer Bravo!
