We were beach hopping most of our last day on the island and came across a lot of areas with amazing looking food trucks. Days and hours of operation can be hit or miss though, so sometimes selection was limited. This place was still going to be open for a while so we hit the beach for a little bit and came back to order our dinner. My oldest and I got the fish tacos and my youngest got the chicken tacos. We enjoyed the food and it hit the spot after a long day of beach hopping. I could have used a little more spice, but that's just me. The beans were great but the rice was bland. Service was friendly and quick. They have multiple tables available for seating but they do have them designated for where you order from, so you need to pay attention to that. read more

Great tacos! That's my go to whenever I come here. The last couple of times, I've done a shrimp & fish combo. The great thing is that it's fresh, local caught, so one day you might get ahi, another day you might get mahi mahi. The lady who runs it is so sweet & easy to talk to. Love the energy and friendliness here. The worker was so nice and sweet. Very gentle attitude. I got the steak taco (YUM YOU GOTTA GET IT) and a fish burrito. The steak taco has so much juicy flavor and it's so tasty. I paused in awe halfway through my first bite, I kid you not. Super yummy. I like how they space out two tortillas so it's a longer taco. Packed with meat. The fish burrito was just all right I will say. The sauce it comes with is just fine. I wish I had gotten fish tacos, but the burrito is a good size, good decent burrito. We just finished up having the Tacos del Pastor great flavor, we also tried the deep fried Burrito first time and it was delicious with a side of queso fresco and some salsa was delicious! But the real winner in the menu was LOS TACOS DE LENGUA!!! Must try they're delicious. read more

Coming from a true hispanic, I did not expect this taco spot to be as delicious as authentic Mexican tacos but I was surprised. I would say they are better than many mexican taco trucks in California and I am not exaggerating!! Pricey for sure but the entire state of Hawaii is expensive. We were in the Food Truck lot the day prior to have shave ice, so when we were once again nearby during lunch, decided to stop here and see what options there were for lunch. Decided to pull into the little parking lot next to the food truck lot as previously we parked across the street and it was hard to cross the street. We walked around the different food trucks looking at all the menus and when we got to the taco truck, the women peeked her head out to verbally welcome us and mentioned that the Ahi was fresh for today and the Garlic Shrimp tacos was their best seller. Appreciated that she greeted us with a happy tone. Well we decided on this place as it was also the place that had the most people eating and ordering from there, so must be good, right? Husband and I both got the Shrimp Taco plate. It comes with 2 garlic shrimp soft tacos (double tortilla each), side of rice & beans. Also there was a large tortilla chip with a big scoop of fresh guacamole. There was at least 3-4 very large pieces of juicy shrimp in each of my tacos, with shredded cabbage and a very tasty sauce.
