FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

This is easily one of the best local FedEx Office & Print Centers in the area! The team here is…read moreconsistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with whatever you need. On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable compared to a lot of other local print shops. They offer a full suite of shipping and receiving services, along with a comprehensive print shop--everything from business cards, flyers, and posters to large banners. For quick, smaller jobs, they also have user-friendly self-serve printing machines available. Even when it gets busy, the quality of service never drops. The staff stays attentive, helpful, and focused on getting your prints right. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for your shipping or printing needs!

I asked if they had computers available that I could use to access my email and print my documents. No one bothered to tell me that some of the computers had printing issues and others had keyboard problems. Instead, I ended up logging into three different computers and paying a fee each time because no one provided that information upfront. Finally, when I asked one of the staff members for help, he told me I could email the documents to them and they could print them directly. That didn't work either. He then told me to send the documents to another email address so they could print them for me. What should have been a simple 10-minute task turned into a 30-minute ordeal because of poor communication and customer service. To make matters worse, I was charged almost $10 just to print two copies, which I found ridiculous. The biggest issue wasn't even the cost--it was the lack of basic customer service and communication. If someone had simply explained the computer and printing issues when I first asked, I could have avoided wasting my time and being charged multiple times. I will not be returning to this location.

The only cons would be the long lines and the location, it can get busy and sometimes there are random people outside haggling you to sign things or asking for change.

Terrible customer service. Instead, they placed the packages and labels on the back counter to be packaged later. This has happened to me before, and my packages ended up getting mixed up, which is why I made the request in the first place. What made the experience worse was the response from the employees. The woman assisting me and a tall older man with white hair behind the counter laughed and made dismissive comments such as, "Oh, come on! We're UPS, we know what we're doing!" Regardless of where you work, mistakes can happen, and customers should be treated with respect when they're simply trying to avoid a problem. It's not unreasonable for a customer to want a little peace of mind, especially when mistakes do happen. I took my other package and left. For reference it was not busy at all. I was the only customer in the store at the time.

However, there was one time I had a big drop off and was told that because of how I returned everything under one return, they could not package it. That was definitely not helpful and something I think they could have helped me do. I've had notary done here and even taken passport pictures without any issues. Service is fine for the most part and I do like using this UPS store because of its convenience and location.

Not only is this staying up on Yelp this is going to be forwarded to UPS directly. I paid for the service despite me knowing that it was a ridiculous charge and shows why your store continues to be an empty hole-in-the-wall with a most of your reviews being 1 or 2 star complaining about you, in particular. Guess this explains why you only get a paying customer as often as you get a good review for you here on Yelp, in your own words, "once in a while." The original review and response, for context: $4 to print a prepaid label. Terrible wifi so I couldn't even email them the label using their wifi. Why would I need to email the label to you in the first place unless you're not an official UPS Store? I didn't have to pay this fee at another location and a legit store would be able to scan the label from my phone to look it up and print it without charging me. Not coming back. Get you sh-- together, "UPS."
