Not sure what kind of sauces were used (one red and one white) but they added a beautiful taste to these already yummy potatoes. Meat croquettes - Scrumptious! These croquettes have a mix of minced meats inside that are so tender and flavorful. And the breading is absolutely perfect. They paired perfectly with my wine too. Speaking of wine; the Spanish red wine that I had was dynamite! Can't comment on the specific varietal but it was so smooth and silky. I meeeaan... dinner was delicious!!!
