Husband called again at 3 pm and was told repairman was 30 mins. out. No one ever showed!! No call, text, nothing!! We had moved medical appointments around to meet their timeframes. Forced to find another company at last minute and fridge delivered without the water line in place so we will have to move fridge again and pray this other person appears. I cannot express how frustrating this experience has been! Home Depot needs to remove this company from it's referral list ASAP!!

I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.

Both jobs were done in a very professional manner. John and Keith both showed up on time, wearing masks. Both brought all their tools. Both of them knew how to do the jobs. The time estimate I received over the phone was 5 to 6 hours. They finished both jobs in 3 hours - even though I had to run out and get the garbage disposal and some HDMI cables. The lady who answered the phone when I made first contact was very polite and helpful. She first scheduled the job for a week later, but she checked the calendar and told me that they might be finishing a job earlier.
