At least the times we have been there. I believe the worst part of the experience is that when you drive up, the music they have playing is so LOUD you cannot hardly hear them to get you order, much less, get it correct. The music is usually a modern unattractive hip hop or rap music rather than a neutral "professional" music approach. We've tried going back on many occasions but yield the same results so it's our go to place currently. Wish I could say otherwise. I think the volume of the music and having to yell to tell an order is probably the biggest deterrent for us going back. The staff however appear to be nice though!

Parking can be found around the back of the building. We parked and headed inside the small, quiet area of the café. They keep it clean and comfortable here. The associates behind the counter were so friendly and kind. I got a hot gingerbread latte with skim milk and my fiancé got an iced blueberry latte. Both were delicious! We ordered with just one pump of syrup for each of ours and they were perfect. To snack, we shared a warmed kouign aman. It was a little tough to chew (perhaps a couple days old?), but nicely flaky. We loved the blackberry jam inside! I'd probably say 4.5 stars over all, but I'm in the holiday spirit and everybody was so sweet here, I'll round it up to 5!
