Blah! The positive was the cheesesteak was ok. The salmon had freezer burn and was inedible. We didn't complain because we just usually chalk it up to a bad experience and move on. Waitress could tell that the dish was barely touched and brought the chef out. He said he would make it right but we just wanted to leave. He asked us to wait and we went and made the very same dish and boxed it up for us... inedible too. They did take $2.80 off of the plate lol. Go for a drink and watch a game but don't plan on eating. Nice place. Nice atmosphere and great views.I like this place. It is located inside the Element Hotel in Cartersville. Go through the hotel lobby, get on an elevator and go up to the 5th floor. Beautiful space. Lots of huge tvs around. I usually just order a beer and enjoy the views, so far I have no experience with their food. read more

****Tip is added to check **** This places is across a convention center. Also around a lot of fun sports plazas. Growing up this area went from forest ro an amazing stop off the highway. This restaurant is attached to a beautiful hotels that's has very friendly staff. The parking is eat and we never had issues finding a close space. First visit was quick fast and fun. The second visit my friends food was forgotten about and took way longer then expected. The bar tender was amazing and very attentive, he did his best to make sure we were taken care of. read more

This was such a waste of time. We had reservations for dinner on the patio. They tried to sit us at a soaking wet table not under cover from the rain and the chairs were soaked. Thankfully they weren't busy so we asked if we could move table to under protection from the rain. We ordered drinks from the bar and it took 40+ mins to receive. We ordered an appetizer which also took almost an hour to come out, which was spinach dip and the bread that comes with it was burnt. Then we finally received only one our meal over an hour after ordering it with the second meal coming out about 10 mins after the first. My husbands meal was doused in hot sauce to try and cover up the burnt shrimp and over cooked rice. Horrible experience was looking forward to trying it but if I could give it a zero star rating I would. Never have I been so dissatisfied with service and a meal before. read more

This restaurant is in the Element hotel. I would think if this was a part of the Marriott chain, it would be better. There were a lot of people attending breakfast and they were always running out of supplies. We had to ask for more coffee, napkins and even utensils. It's now very well run. The good-the view The bad -ménage a Trois red blend wine was ordered and a sparkling red was delivered. We had to re-order a Josh Cabernet. The brussels sprouts were very sweet, the pulled pork sliders although a good flavor the pork was very dry. The Umpire-AKA an old-fashioned was way overpriced for what was delivered. First thing they tried setting us at a dirty table choices are very limited second table and hot third table beside the first table plus they have huge I mean huge TV screens watch the football games. I guess nice view of the baseball field service is a little slow. Prices are not on the menu. Didn't ask for lemon in my water. You didn't get the lemon. it was sweet barbecue sauce. It was OK. The french fries were hot and they were good but the pulled pork was a little chewy so I didn't eat a lot of it. Music is very loud. Just like to add a note that we watched the manager introduce himself to everybody about us also say another couple at the same table they tried setting us up first one made somebody clean it off while they were still sitting there. read more

I love this place! The servers couldn't be nicer and on Wednesday they had a d.j. who was great. The menu has been refreshed since the last time we went, which was nice to see! I've eaten here several times over the past year and have seen it continue to improve! So far my favorite has been the Cajun Alfredo pasta. It had some great spice, without being too spicy. And the drink menu has some interesting fun choices. The Blue Lemon Dream is my go to, but the bartender Ira was telling me about some of the upcoming Valentine's Day special drinks. Very clean, spacious and comfortable vibe and atmosphere. The outdoor seating and being close to the baseball field was a plus. Food and drinks were great. I actually never leave a review, ANYWHERE, but this might quite possibly be the worst place I've ever eaten and deserves a zero if t was an option. The menu images shown aren't actually what you receive (aka: Club only has bacon - no meat, the Cajun pasta is just pasta with no meat, and I could go on!). I ordered their ravioli which came out completely FROZEN...like to the touch FROZEN after waiting for over 45 minutes! I got (2) alcoholic drinks which they charge an automatic 15% gratuity, a "delivery" fee when I actually came and ate at the restaurant only, all while refusing to pay for my frozen food, and it cost me $51.87!!!! I hate that it wasn't what I expected and the layout screams out to sports fans on top of it but seriously DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MORE IMPORTANTLY YOIR MONEY HERE!!!! read more

Worst place I've ever been too. I got one meal, an appetizer, one vodka water, and one glass of mediocre bourbon and it was 115$. One glass of Bourbon is 43$ and it was from a bottle that cost 35$.
