It was feeling not quite as cold and the fan seemed like it was working a little harder, so I wanted to get it cleaned before the hot summer months hit! I *hate* making phone calls, but the receptionist was SUPER nice, so that immediately put me at ease. Their quote was flat rate and very reasonable so I was happy I wouldn't be guessing how much it would come to at the end. She apologized for not being able to get me in the week I called but was able to fit me in the next week - which was faster than I had expected! The technician came at the quoted time and took about an hour, which is how long they had told me on the phone. It says something about other companies on island that this is a noteworthy comment! He was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. He showed me the visible spots he had cleaned, but the best thing is now our AC is back to being icy cold - I had to bump it up to make it warmer! - and it smells nice and clean. I paid in cash (there is a fee if you use card. You can also write a check if you prefer). We will definitely be happy to use this company again in the future!

Each time I contacted your office, I was specifically told someone would call me back to schedule the cleaning. On multiple occasions, I was told it would be within a couple of weeks. I trusted your staff's word and waited, only to never receive a single return call. After months of patience and repeated follow-ups on my part, I finally called again in August--not out of hostility but out of frustration at being ignored. Being constantly told "someone will call you back" (as you also stated in August) and never receiving that call is exactly why I became so upset. Instead of accountability, I was met with dismissiveness and told it "might be best if we don't do this." If you are willing to wait endlessly for service or be given the runaround, this might be the place for you.

My landlord then called Sun Electric, and I'm so glad he did. Richard called on Wednesday, which went straight to my VM. I call him the following day (Thursday), and we scheduled for Friday 9am.
