They said if we want, we can call their service so they can sit on the phone and talk to SONOS for 160 $/h/ Ten months ago, we requested a quote for the downstairs sound system they pre-installed. We have emailed and called at least ten times about it in the past ten months, and no one has gotten back to us. Such poor customer service. We ended up with them through our builder, but I would never recommend them. I have copied the owner on the emails, and still no answer. It goes to show how much they care about their business. It's just about collecting the money.
