It was a bit of a tricky job due to the trim being arched, which meant it had to be traced and cut appropriately. Updating this review to respond to the owner:…read more I never requested that I get any service for FREE. I do not operated that way. My review is as honest as all of my other reviews. I am a top ranked Google reviewer. I take reviews seriously. Given the past year, one would think businesses would operate with integrity. We have all suffered either directly or indirectly from the lockdowns and sheltering in place. That's why attempts to make our homes more comfortable are even more important now more than ever. When you find a business that you give work too, one would expect it to be professional and meet all expectations. When it doesn't that's fine too, but don't lie about your customers! That, to me, says everything there is to say about the integrity of the business owner. Again, I never requested a free service. I do not ask or expect free anything. To imply, or state otherwise, is dishonest and unprofessional. I stand by my original review.
