Our AC suddenly quit cooling about a week ago. I called yesterday to schedule service. The scheduling staff was super friendly and was able to schedule a tech for less than 24 hours later. We received a text with a link to monitor when our tech would arrive and Bill G arrived early in the 2 hour window and was very polite. He went to work and had the issue figured out quickly and kept in touch regarding the cost. He suggested a preventative measure and the cost of that but didn't not pressure me at all. I joined their family plan and it saved me about $200. Our AC is back to working great. Bill was awesome! I would definitely recommend AirWorks to anyone looking for an HVAC company! read more

Great job by AirWorks! Highly recommend!! They replaced a failed outdoor condenser with a new Rheem unit that turned out to be very noisy, probably due to a mismatch to the cooling coil that we didn't replace. When contacted, AirWorks immediately came out to make sure the unit was functioning properly, then tried a condenser sound blanket. That helped but the noisy outdoor unit was still very audible inside our house. Anthony, James and Christi were all very earnest and friendly to work throughout the resolution of this noise issue. They were able to work with the rest of the AirWorks' management team and offered to replace the condenser with a much quieter Bosch unit that was also more efficient at no additional charge. We also elected to replace the evaporator coil and furnace at their recommendation and because their pricing was excellent including pulling permits and HERS testing. The replacement Bosch condenser is nearly silent and the installation work for the new coil and furnace inside my garage was immaculate. Anthony and his crew were again very friendly and communicative. We will be using AirWorks for our HVAC needs in the future - they are the sort of company that seeks to ensure customer satisfaction, knowing that this will ensure their own success. Bill Grissom is the only reason for this Yelp review. It was a long warm day having the air conditioning unit removed and a new one installed. Bill was there making sure it all was working and then left in the afternoon. As chance would have it it stopped working so Bill came back late in the afternoon and as he put it "will work till it gets done". Never once did he complain nor stop pushing to get it working. I scheduled a maintenance call with AirWorks solution to check if the mini splits system at the house was doing ok. I noticed there was a weird smell in one of the units which prompted me to schedule a maintenance. Anyway, when I scheduled the appointment, I can't remember her name I think it was Ashley, she was super nice and helpful and got the appointment down as well as provided information for other services the company offers and let me know that the technician will provide more information with any recommendations when he comes out to the house. Day of maintenance comes and Angel Antonico (the technician) arrives. Super nice guy and super knowledgeable. I showed him where the units were located as well as the heat pump. I told him my concerns and he looked into it. Angel did a thorough check, maintenance, and cleaned the units. What a great experience.   Not only does Air Works have very competitive pricing, but they were extremely responsive from the time we requested an estimate for a new heater and air conditioner through the final installation. We have a new heat pump which is now one year old. The company that installed this heat pump recommended AirWorks Solutions to service their unit. Angel arrived on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and interested in all our many questions. Angel advised us about maintaining our Samsung unit and the options available to us for our air filters for the Carrier air handler. In addition, he offered upgrades for air purification and made us aware of the need for a surge protector on this unit, something we think we have, but will investigate because of this new information. We can recommend this company for servicing your air conditioning/heating needs. Since we have been under construction for over 2 years, we know a bad contractor when we see one, and Angel and company are one of the good guys. The company kept us updated throughout the process. They were highly automated, i.e., texting confirmations, arrival time confirmations, email showing pictures of the entire testing at vent process, pictures of the model numbers of units, compressor info, picture of the old filter, and the open system, and finally queried us as to how their people performed their job. This is a very organized and well-run company. We asked for their company sticker to be placed on our heat pump and carrier. We love working with Airworks! It was time to replace our 20 year old a/c unit. Upon calling Airworks they sent someone out right away to check out our existing set up and recommended we update our whole HVAC system. We asked them to send us all our different options so we could see how we wanted to move forward and see what was in our budget. We were not haggled or pushed to make a decision. We actually even forgot about it for awhile. They were very helpful in sending everything through emails where it's all explained very well. The communication from this company is amazing. Emails and texts kept us very up to date, even up to the minute, of when technicians would arrive. The crew was on time, professional, clean, and very thorough. They worked very hard all day with hardly any downtime. We had our whole system replaced in one day! At the end of the install the technician walked me through exactly what they did and showed me the new systems and what they installed. They reassured that I could call back at anytime with any questions or if we needed anything tweaked after a couple weeks they would be happy to come back out to work with us. Edwin was very diligent in servicing my unit and found a couple of components that were not working as they should. Recently called them for potentially installing a new AC unit, or perhaps trying to patch together the old unit for a few more months. As it turned out, other priorities prevailed and we needed to abandon any attention to the AC problem, to concentrate on more immediate needs. But I want to commend the estimator who came out to assess the situation, make recommendations, and even provide an estimate on a couple of different AC models. Their representative, Mike, was a credit to their company and to good ethical business practices. He was pleasant, patient, and personable spending considerable time and expertise showing us different facets of the current system and potential alternatives to address our current needs. I can't say enough good things about this company. I started the process of trying to replace our air conditioning system over a year ago. Some companies came out, spent time and then never produced a bid. Others gave a bid, but I just wasn't comfortable. Then a neighbor used Air Works to replace his unit and was singing their praises. Mike came out, looked at my system and gave me a couple of options including zoning (I was complaining about my ridiculous electric bills each month.) And then he patiently took my 3-4 follow up calls, each time offering detailed explanations to my questions. I finally signed the agreement and they started my job within a week. Every member of the crew was polite and professional. James and Andrew led the crew and it was like watching a well choreographed production. In fact, it was interesting to see that James had detailed diagrams and the crew seemed like they'd have periodic huddles to look over the plans. I had an issue with my AC and I called AirWorks because I wanted a local company that provided guidance and solutions. AirWorks did that and more. Parker came by and evaluated our AC system and had the solution after a thorough evaluation. Parker provided insight about the problem and ways to prevent it from happening again!!!
