These guys are terrific. My new Samsung had gotten some liquid damage. I took it to ubrokeifix and they initially were going to charge me $75 for a new part. I waited 2 days for part and called, I happened to mention the liquid damage and the guy on the phone asked if I had told the gal who ordered the part about water damage. I said yes I had, he was surprised and apologized saying the aren't allowed to touch Samsungs with water damage. I then went to air touch in janss mall where I originally signed my phone up 3 years ago. They thought they could fix. 2 days later, it was done, for $25!!!! All they did was soak and clean it with alcohol. God bless you guys!!! Always going there first from now on. read more

Eddy, the owner of Air Tech Communications in Thousand Oaks, fixed my iphone 6 problem today, and didn't charge me; he deserves my recommendation, very cool. Friday afternoon, and my phone won't charge; the cable or something finally gave out, I had been jiggling it to work. (Uh, oh, the weekend and my phone's dying by the minute.). I rushed to Target, they're the closest phone store to me. Credit to a tech worker who mentioned that it could just be dust and lint in the port; he did give me a paper clip, but no air?? The others also gave it a look, thank you, but then they just tried to sell me a new phone, telling me how expensive the port repair could be. I called Kyle's Mac Repair which led to J.D. at Pacific Computers explaining that Joe, their iphone expert, was gone 'til Monday (Oh no!), and to try Air Tech. Minutes later at Air Tech, Eddy said he'd try cleaning the port first, and if that fixed it, no charge. He used a long tweezer tool and then a blast of air. It worked!! I didn't have to buy a cable or anything! (Wow!). Even a port repair there would've been affordable, he quoted a good price. So... Eddy did his magic for free. I told him, "I owe you," and I hope this review makes us even. Again, thanks! It's great to know there are people like Eddy out there, and a good phone store and repair shop, Air Tech. read more

Jason and Eddy were great; very fast. Iphone screen fixed in 30 minutes or so. It looks great and they also fixed the camera. These guys were efficient, professional, and didn't try any crazy 'upsell' salesman tactics. They listened to what the customer wanted and did exactly that. Would recommend these guys to anyone. read more

I had my iPhone screen replaced by ANOTHER company and noticed that the Touch ID did not work and screen sensitivity was slow. Only to be told it was the phone, their workmanship or product. They did not offer for me to come back for them to assess the issue. So, rather than deal with mediocre customer service and the possibility of getting "not our problem'" attitude, I went to Air Tech, which worked out great. They assessed the problem, explained the situation, offered to fix the phone ASAP and tested every aspect before handing it back to me. The price was very reasonable and they invited me back if I experienced any issues. In my opinion, this is what service should be. Very professional. read more

Love this place! I took my son's phone in for repair after calling and finding out they were much less expensive than almost anywhere in the area. They repaired the phone in no time at all and it works perfect again! Thank you read more

Fair warning: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A HANDSET. They jacked me for $50 for a basic Virgin Mobile flip phone that was $15 at Target. By the time I saw it at Target, it was too late to return it to Airtech. I can't remember the return policy, but it is very limited. I think you can talk on the phone for like 30 minutes, and then you can't take it back. Not positive on that exactly. Typical Arab run aftermarket business ruining the legitimacy of small business run by honest businessmen. read more

Ok these guys were helpful and nice. And I drank a beer next door while they fixed my phone ! Win win 6/10/17 Two months later ... back again because I broke the screen again. These guys are great so I didn't mind ! Thanks :) read more

Just so happy to write this little note of gratitude to the people at AirTech. My teenage son had screwed up his phone - the volume on/off switch essentially disappeared. Our carrier, needless to say, wanted me to buy him a brand new phone for hundreds of dollars and pay it off monthly. Before I did that, I went to see these guys who said it just needed a cleaning - which they then did for FREE - and the phone was as good as new. Nothing but grateful that these guys are where I live... Thank you so much. read more

I went to Airtech at the recommendation of a friend but had serious doubts they could help me, because I had dropped my phone so hard that it literally cracked in half. In about 45 minutes, they not only had it absolutely good as new; but the fix, the brand new screen protector, and the new case came to far LESS $$$ than just getting it fixed at Apple....not to mention in way less time. The staff there could not have been more friendly and helpful. Based on my track record of dropping my iphone, I will probably become a very loyal customer of theirs. Could not be more appreciative that they saved me $800+ by not having to buy a new iphone! read more

Eddie helped me retrieve data I thought was lost and then when i tried to pay he said "dont worry it only took a few minutes" I love this store. These people rock! read more

Quick and very friendly service. My daughter iPhone 6's screen shattered and they were able to replace it in 20 minutes. I called around to get estimates and Airtech was the most reasonable quote. They also have a wide verity of screen protests and cases to choose from. read more

I always come to this place for any phone problems, very professional and nice workers, especially Jason. highly recommend them.

Quality repair shop. Quick, professional, economical. I came in to get an iPhone 6 LCD and Screen repair. The technician was out for lunch at the time, so I was told to wait around two hours and I will get a call on my other phone. 1.5 hours later, I check up on the phone, and it's complete, but I never received a call. I give a 4 instead of 5 star because I was quoted $45 through Yelp, but when I got there the owner was not in and I was told $55 (which he said it a discount on the $65 retail). Edit: Eddy reached out to me to resolve the price discrepancy. Great customer service. Highly recommend this store. read more

Seriously the best iPhone repair store ever. Can't beat the price and the people are so helpful and friendly. I come all the way from San Luis obispo for these guys...they're great! read more

Airtech did me a huge favor by replacing the screen on my brand new ipad air! Since its such a new device they went out of their way to order the new parts, made sure the part was high quality enough before performing the fix, and then only charged me $60 as a result of originally pledging that would be how much it would cost even though it probably ended up costing them more. Their words "we will honor the originally set price". Awesome service! read more
