I took my iPhone this morning with a cracked screen glass and a totally blank screen that would allow me to get past the home screen but nothing else. I spent several hours yesterday doing everything googled experts said I should do but nothing. My screen was blank and nothing I tried would change that outcome. The attendant behind the counter this morning--was a real multitasker. I explained to him what was wrong with the iPhone and he then took a look at the iPhone. During the few minutes that I was there while he was checking my iPhone, the young attendant answered two phone calls and attended to another customer who came after me. Then he turned to me, handed me my iPhone and told me that it was now back working well. Two other customers came in after me and were now waiting for service as well. I tell you, I was waiting for this young man to tell me to leave the iPhone and to come back to pick it up later--but he didn't. Instead, he truly was multitasking attending to myself and the first customer at the same time, and then fixing my iPhone's blank screen and ultimately changing the cracked screen glass. The costs to me for that whole amount of service? $15.00. To Eddy, the owner: Man keep this guy in your business--he is a terrific ambassador for customer service and for picking up new businesses. These guys are THE BEST . After being told by Apple my iPhone 6 would never work again and that I would need to pay $299 for and out of warranty replacement. I brought my phone to them and they fixed it for $15 . I had used these guys multiple times for screen repair as well . Please use them !! Honest in this day is so rare . If I can give them 10 stars, I would! I came to Airtech with my cracked phone and a brand-new replacement phone through my insurance to transfer my old data. Since my old phone was cracked I could not transfer all of the information on my old phone to my new phone. Prior to coming to airtech, I went to the Apple store and they told me the only thing that they could do for me was to fix the cracked glass on the old phone for $200 knowing i had to send it back to the insurance company. An AT&T employee actually told me about air tech and that all of the locals know to come here. They temporarily fixed the cracked glass and assisted me in transferring all of my old data to my new phone and doubled check that my new phone was fully updated. They made sure my old phone's data was erased and ready to send back. They only charged me $25 for the labor. They have the utmost integrity as they could have easily swindled me. They are also very good, honest human beings. I absolutely would recommend this place. Plus it's a family-owned business. read more

My IPhone 6 has had a cracked screen for over 6 months and I've hesitated replacing the screen as every time I've inquired elsewhere, I've been quoted at least $100.00 plus to replace the screen. I was sitting at my desk when i dropped my phone, on to the desk. The digitizer gets messed up and there are blue streaks behind my screen but the screen is intact. The left corner is cracked. I looked at the repair job. Basically the screen has been incorrectly installed and is tilted. You can tell because on one side you can see the light coming through and on the other side you can't. I came in showed them. They agree they did a shitty job but because it is physical damage, the warranty is voided. They want to charge me $30 to get it fixed. 70% off they say! You do a shitty job. You make me waste my time coming in and you want me to pay? These guys are amateurs and are patronizing as well. I will upload photos of their "repair". read more
