I dropped my iPhone a day before, and it seemed to work fine until the next day. The screen face…read morewas bulging out from the base. I looked up on Google and found that the battery may have expanded from the sudden shock of the drop. Anyway, I thought I may need to replace the phone so I went to my local ATT and they didn't have any phone to swap for me right away, so I ended up coming to UbreakiFix. Good thing I did, because they saved me a lot of money and replaced the battery with Apple OEM battery, within an hour. I did request for expedited service for a fee, and I got my phone as good as new within an hour. This place is great! Highly recommend.

I brought my Lenovo Yoga 2-in-1 in for a cracked screen and specifically told Taylor that…read moretouchscreen and stylus functionality were essential. I was given the choice between an aftermarket and OEM screen, and was assured the aftermarket option would be a suitable replacement with touch/stylus capabilities. After paying $412.99, I got the laptop back with a working display but completely non-functional touchscreen and stylus support. I made multiple trips back to the store trying to resolve the issue, only to be told I needed to come back when Taylor was working because nobody else seemed able to address the situation. When I finally spoke with him, I was told that because the screen wasn't OEM, "it only makes sense that there are problems with it," and that replacement screens would "probably also not have the touchscreen capability." Instead of taking ownership of the issue, the conversation quickly shifted to how I should have purchased the store's protection plan. That has nothing to do with the fact that I was never informed beforehand that the repair could remove major functionality from my device. To make matters worse, I was given an incorrect district manager email address, and after obtaining the correct one, I sent a detailed complaint and follow-up emails. It's now been over a week with zero contact from store leadership or management. I am now approaching a month since my first visit and still do not have a properly functioning laptop. The most frustrating part isn't the mistake, it's the complete lack of accountability and communication afterward. I'm simply asking for what should have been delivered in the first place: a fully functional repair or a refund.
